
Hii hive runners, how is this week's workout going? Was it okay? Last week I had an appointment to run together with my friend, but because I had stomach cramps from the night, so I woke up late, because on Sundays in Jakarta the city is always car free day, so all the closed roads are always used by residents for exercise, cycling or leisurely walks.
Because I arrived at the location at 7am, and my friend had started running first, so I ran alone and met my friend at another location when we both finished running.
I don't know why this car free day was so crowded. It was true that the sky was very clear and beautiful that day, especially running while enjoying the view of the city and tall buildings.

At first I didn't want to run and just waited for my friend, but seeing all the people who were excited to run, I was encouraged. It's not bad and it's fun to run alone in a crowd. Like running a race? Haha



In addition, on this car-free day, I saw many running, bicycle and rollerblading communities. Every time the running community passes by, I always hear them greeting other visitors with a spirited βgood morningβ. And it adds a positive aura to other visitors.

With a moving time of 47:06 I finished my run with a total distance of 5.02 km. And with my first pace of 8:35. While my total pace was 9:23/km. My pace dropped once in the last km, because I entered a crowded street. It was my fault anyway because I was chasing my friend.
