Yesterday, I practiced running alone, I deliberately did not go to the stadium. But I ran on the street in front of my house, of course I went early in the morning, so that the vehicle was still quiet and could run quietly. Although I still got cat calling from some men who passed by with motorcycle.

Fortunately the weather that morning was not too hot, quite cool but warm.
Because after the car free day 2 weeks ago I didn't exercise and didn't do straight training, my breath came back. I didn't train because my leg was hurting again. But strangely, yesterday when I ran, my feet didn't hurt, but when I finished running and walking, my feet hurt again, (maybe this is because my shoes are no longer comfortable, looks like I have to buy new ones ๐).
With a first pace of 8:55/km. I completed 6km. With a moving time of 59:15. With a total pace of 9:45/km. My race pace dropped, due to lack of training, even though I have a 10k race scheduled in two weeks.

I sometimes feel that my breathing is different from my other friends. I'm easily out of breath, and short of breath. Even though I was first in the running world. Could it be because of my weight? Haha. So I have to diet. Or should I do more intervals to increase my endurance? Do you have any tips for me to keep my breath strong?
