Our way of talking is good, and we become completely healthy. That is smiling. Nowadays, people are so depressed and stressed that they say smiling is the best thing. Doctors also say that if you keep smiling, your life and your heart will be very good. Laughter is a very good thing, and it is very good to keep smiling. If you talk to someone with a smile, the other person will laugh too. You will laugh too. Even a few seconds of your life will pass without tension. That is why it is said that laughing is very important.

Laughing releases dopamine in your brain, which gives a signal to your brain that you are happy, due to which your brain remains healthy and it protects you. Depression and anxiety are very dangerous diseases. People who are not able to meet others or those who remain locked in a room do not socialize much with anyone. The reason why this happens to them is often because of loneliness. If you stay with others, remain happy, and keep laughing, then you will not have this problem much, and laughing and, most importantly, hanging out with friends are important to do because through this we will also find solutions to all the problems in our life. If we keep getting into problems with people, then our brain will not become as good as it is.

I say, do whatever you feel like doing, whatever makes you happy. Do that. If you feel like visiting mountains or travelling, then do that; live your life the way you want because nobody cares what is happening in your life. Shiv, you think that it matters to others, but according to me, nobody cares what is happening in your life. Always be happy in life because being happy will make your life full of fun and laughter. I have seen many people who are very stressed, but if they always keep laughing, then their tension also goes away, and this is the best and most important thing: the more you keep laughing in your life, the happier you are, and the more tension will stay away from you. Tension is there in everyone's life. It is just a matter of perspective.
