They know very well because of the awareness of social media and the technology and information we provide what problems can happen due to which things. Earlier there was this lack of information, and in the earlier times, no one knew what disaster could happen to whom, but in today's time, all this is known so easily. That is why today's students are very disciplined. They remain focused and take self-care.

The environment of those people has been created in the same way, so in today's time, smoking, drinking, and all the bad habits should be stopped because most of the athlete influencers stay online. They stay on digital platforms.

In earlier times, there was no such platform like social media where people could put their contacts, so those people used to have a lack of knowledge. They did not know what harms were. What happens by smoking cigarettes? What happens by drinking alcohol? We had a lot of problems, and there was no motivation, and I believe that the way you live is how you will become. So the rule there was to have as many bad habits as possible and take as much free time as possible. In today's time, students are fools. Then people are fools. There is more academic pressure from classes. When we planned our career, there used to be competitions. In earlier times, we used to be very free, and when our work was over, if a person did not have work, he would always do intoxication.

There is another factor that plays a role in it. That is the appearance of culture and self-presentation. In today's world students are very conscious about what kind of person they keep or how they carry themselves and how they want to live, and instantly turning to bad habits like drinking and smoking, they rely on being attractive, so all this has become a trend that in today's time doing gym and fitness challenges and sports competitions at the college level motivates people a lot. Physical fitness increases, and the culture shift is a very good thing because the more people stay away from all these things, the more we and the entire economy will benefit.

And there is one important thing that is personal to me because my father also used to drink a long time ago, so I also saw how people get ruined or how sick they become due to drinking, so my father's habit was to drink and smoke, so I saw how much problem there is in all these things. What happens later? Today my father has so many problems, like he undergoes dialysis. Then there are so many medical prescriptions that he has to take medicines for so many years, so all this is a problem in today's date that you have started drinking so much that you will have to do all these things. You will have to take so many applications. If you drink regularly, then this also motivates me that it keeps me away from drinking and smoking and involves me more in living such a healthy life.

But it would be unfair to say that every student has given up. There are many such students, and I have some friends who I see smoking and drinking on a regular basis, so it would be completely wrong to say that out of all the students, a large percentage of students have given up and have gone towards fitness, but there are many students who have gone towards harmful addiction. I agree. The reason behind this is that you become like the people you hang out with, wherever you live. I see that many of my students live with such people. People who smoke frequently. I mean, they are regular smokers and drink on a regular basis, so those people harm me, but many times I have explained to my friends that doing all this is a very wrong thing. I live with them. They smoke in front of me. But I never smoked because I believe that I don't want to be like my father.

That is why I say, if you want to live a good and quality life, then you will have to give up smoking and taking drugs. You will have to change every day. You will have to do heavy training. You will have to become very strong. You will have to control your diet and avoid eating outside food. It is okay sometimes, but you will eat outside food. That too is counted as a bad habit because eating outside food is also very unhealthy. Chances of getting cancer from it are also very high. In today's time, such foods have started being made. Such substances have started coming, which cause cancer. All these problems are also there in today's date due to food. There is only one solution to this: you have to always stay fit, and whatever you are doing, you have to do it thoughtfully.

Lastly, I would like to say that if you want to live a healthy and good lifestyle, then you will have to give up all these things. You will have to be good at being yourself. You have to be careful about what all things can give you problems in the long run. This smoking, alcohol, and all these will give you a lot of pleasure temporarily. But in the long run it will destroy your body completely, so I believe that you should not spoil your long time for your short term happiness, many people would understand this. But today there are some people who also promote that drinking alcohol has some benefits.
