Amigos de este maravilloso mundo de los blogs, les cuento que en este momento de mi vida me encuentro en un nuevo viaje o nueva aventura en el mundo de los negocios. Si bien siempre he ayudado a mis amigos en sus emprendimientos, esta es la primera vez que yo lo hago. Ha sido una montaña rusa de emociones, ya que todo comienzo es difícil, desde crear el nombre del producto hasta tener el producto ya listo para vender. Podría decir que hacer todas las cosas de marketing es mucho más fácil que convencer a las personas. He tenido días en los que no he vendido absolutamente nada, pero un día como hoy he podido vender varias. Mi producto consta de postres, como les llamo yo “cucharales”, es decir, que puedes llevarlo y comerlo donde quieras. Es accesible y traté lo más que pude en que tuviese un empaque amigable con el ambiente. En esta ocasión comencé con un postre muy común en Venezuela como lo son las marquesas de chocolate, aunque pienso hacerlas de otros sabores, pero mientras las personas conocen mi producto pensé en hacer la más deliciosa. Toda la vida me ha gustado hacer postres a mis amigos y familia. Siento que es algo relajante para mí para luego disfrutar del sabor, así que pensé en que podría hacerlo en algún momento para tener un extraeconómico. Ese momento llegó, gracias a Dios pude reunirme un poco para comprar los materiales y me aventuré en la búsqueda del producto perfecto. Debo confesar que hay momentos en los que me siento triste porque no logro vender nada. He ido a colegios, bodegas y bodegones y no he tenido mucho éxito. Aunque el producto es de muy buena calidad y excelente sabor, a veces las personas prefieren cantidad y no calidad. Friends of this wonderful world of blogs, I tell you that at this moment in my life I am on a new journey or new adventure in the world of business. While I have always helped my friends in their ventures, this is the first time I am doing it. It has been a roller coaster of emotions, as every start-up is difficult, from coming up with the name of the product to having the product ready to sell. I could say that doing all the marketing stuff is much easier than convincing people. I have had days when I have sold absolutely nothing, but on a day like today I have been able to sell several. My product consists of desserts, as I call them ‘spoonfuls’, which means you can take it and eat it wherever you want. It is affordable and I tried as much as I could to make it as environmentally friendly as possible. This time I started with a very common dessert in Venezuela such as chocolate marquesas, although I plan to make them in other flavours, but while people get to know my product I thought I would make the most delicious one. I have always liked making desserts for my friends and family. I feel it's something relaxing for me and then I enjoy the taste, so I thought I could do it at some point to have some extra money. That time came, thankfully I was able to scrape together some money to buy the materials and I ventured out in search of the perfect product. I must confess that there are times when I feel sad because I can't sell anything. I have gone to schools, bodegas and bodegones and have not had much success. Although the product is of very good quality and tastes excellent, sometimes people prefer quantity over quality. But I have to continue to offer my product and accept feedback from those who try them so that I can improve.
