How is everyone? I hope you are all well. Alhamdulillah, I am also well. I am here with another new post of mine. Today I will share some moments and some words from the **Kazi Azhar Ali Football Tournament-2025** game organized by **Bangladesh University**. Let's start- *** Most of us like playing football. Some can play and some can't play, but they like to watch the game. I am also in the team that watches the game, but I can't play. As you know, I work in a private university. Which is called **Bangladesh University**. Its founder is **Kazi Azhar Ali**, a prominent industrialist, educationist and researcher. The university was established in 2001. Since then, a football tournament has been organized in his name every year. In which students of all departments, as well as all teachers and employees, participate. This year too, the university authorities organized the game. Since I am a new employee here, I did not know anything before, for the last two weeks I had been watching the students practicing football and making lists to make jerseys.   ***  Then I came to know that the tournament will start from August 24th. As many departments as there are in the university, a team is formed from each department, a team of sirs, and another team of other employees. On the first day of the game on the 24th, I could not watch it because I had a weekend off. On the 24th, our EEE department team played against another team and won. I was very happy to hear that when I came to the office. In fact, everyone in the department likes to achieve something for their department. The game will be played for three consecutive days, on the 24th, 25th, 26th. As usual, I went to the office on Monday the 25th. When I came, I saw a stage made on the field. Then I got the key from the department with my finger and sat in the lab. Then I saw the students of our department starting to come.  ***    Today too, the game will start again at 9:40 am. First, our department played with the students of BBA department. The students changed clothes from the lab to play. I also closed the lab and went to the playground. All the sirs and mems of our department came to watch the game. The game was divided into two halves of 15 minutes each. Luckily, this match was a draw, due to which our department got another opportunity to play. That game will be at 2 pm. At the beginning of the morning game, the two teams lined up on both sides. The referee was telling them all the rules. Then the teachers of our department went there and said something. Then the game started. The field is a little small. And if it is a little bigger, it is fun to play and watch the game. The players are given a department table for all to eat lunch. ***  But not only the students, the teachers and staff also eat. Our office assistant went to the market and bought lunch for everyone. The menu was, Khichuri rice, Aku Bharta, and cooked daul. Since I bring lunch from home, I take the Lance food provided by the university home. My cousin's sons are at home and they will eat. After finishing the meal, another tournament of our department was held after 2 pm. It was with the students of the 'Law' department. But the sad thing is, a few minutes into the game, an unexpected goal was scored. As a result, our students lost their morale. Even then, they were playing well, but later they gave another goal to our team. Then it was half time. *** When the game resumed after five minutes, our team was playing well. They also scored a goal. If they could have scored another, it would have been a draw. But the time ran out before the other goal was scored. Our department cannot go to the final. Actually, it will happen in the middle of the game. Maybe there will be a game tomorrow too, and then the final game will be held. I shared some things with you about the football tournament.
