We always like to do our favorite things and go to our favorite places. We have such a need to increase our happiness. We want to embrace our favorites with our lives again and again. Yes, this is real. You may have learned from my last post that this time I got a chance at Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology (DUET) in the 24-25 session. I was not in the DUET area when the results were announced. As a result, I did not get a chance to go to my favorite campus. Because, I have entered a job again. Along with fulfilling my dream, I wanted to go to the campus. That is why I decided to go to Gazipur on Saturday, an office holiday this week. Because my mind was racing. I went to Gazipur on Saturday night. So that I can go around on Sunday and come back. ***  On Sunday afternoon, I decided to eat at Duet canteen, that today we will eat. Me and a friend of mine went to the Duet campus. The price of food in the canteen is quite low and the quality is better than outside food. Before this, I had eaten in the canteen several times during admission and for the first time a few days after admission. The quality of the food was good. I would go to eat food in that canteen again. Although if I didn't get a chance, I might not have gone to Duet again. By the grace of Allah, if I get a chance to go to my dream place. One thing I like here is that the food is kept and you have to choose according to your liking. No one will say anything. The name of the canteen is ***Shaheed Mustafa Fateria, Duet.*** We went and first looked at the menu. The list is written beautifully on a white board. We went and took the food we liked. Two plates of rice, two fish and one vegetable. Then we saw an empty table and sat down. It was written on the table that only Duetians will sit there. But no one follows this rule. Many people from outside come to visit and eat here. Because, they make less profit than hotels outside, they serve more food and the quality of the food is good. ***   If you want, you can also take the food home in a parcel. After eating, we went out to pay the bill. Our bill was 140 taka for two. I paid the bill myself. Then I went out. The second and third floors of the canteen are different clubs and game rooms respectively. Duetians spend their free time there. I have eaten at Duet Canteen several times. I hope, God willing, I will be able to return to the canteen again and again in the next 4 years. The food price in the canteen is much lower than in hotels outside, so I can study a lot from outside. *** I have shared many stories about the canteen with you. I hope everyone liked it.
