Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.

[Hello my dear friends. I am @rasel72. From #Bangladesh.]()

At the end of the day, a man cannot stay at home for long even if he wants to. Either he has to leave home for studies or for work. As you know, I was coming home on the night of the 21st for a friend's wedding. I was in Dhaka for work for about two months. I am coming home on leave for the wedding. The wedding is on the 22nd, then on the 23rd, after finishing the wedding ceremony, it is time to return to Dhaka on the 24th. Because on the 25th, I definitely have to go to the office. I don't want to leave home, but there is no way, I have to go. I bought a bus ticket on the afternoon of the 23rd. My bus was at 4:10 pm on the 24th. My body was feeling bad after running around to the wedding for the last two days, I got cold and feverish. I had some work in the morning, finished it, came back after breakfast and slept. When I woke up, I saw that it was 2 am, and the bus was at 4 am. After quickly taking a bath, I went to the room and got dressed. Then I had food. I packed my bags and packed some things I had from home. *** ![1000018280.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmbKnzvEkwpt3nVy7Br3QJo16Kn7Wqm5SL9b4DbEsLyKdY/1000018280.jpg) Waiting for the bus passengers *** Around 3:30, I went to Kumarkhali bus terminal in my father's van. The bus would leave from there for Dhaka. Every time I came to Dhaka, my father would come to drop me off at the bus. This time, my brother-in-law also came with my father. After arriving at the bus terminal, it started raining. I went and waited for the bus to leave. Although the bus was supposed to leave at 4:15, it left at 4:40. *** ![1000018288.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmRibHEUqmKYKgqoNanYAz92G1YTEXdiEaqEnXJyvZvAup/1000018288.jpg) Getting off the bus *** We had boarded the bus in small groups from Kumarkhali. Our journey towards Dhaka began. I was not feeling well because I had a slight fever. First, I took my phone and watched videos on Facebook for some time. Then I didn't feel well anymore, so I tried to sleep a little. Meanwhile, it seemed that the bus had also started moving slowly like a local bus. I closed my eyes for some time and tried to sleep. After a while, I opened my eyes and saw that it was raining outside. It felt like it was going to be evening. We reached Daulatdia Paturia ferry ghat at Maghrib time, which means it was exactly evening. Now we have to cross the river by ferry. The bus was lifted onto the ferry. I got off the bus after getting on the ferry. *** ![1000018370.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmcxBGtFEjLKGbZjt9vHaaPFd2WhmSs17kReJV2JJbLAXx/1000018370.jpg) ![1000018363.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmWdnP7guqyGT8T5QooLdq2FH5APQ2LWHVtXA5oYMSNMgc/1000018363.jpg) ![1000018352.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTQfhjKA9kqD9EdPsswYzTRQFi83LS1FdbSXCKywo6tYG/1000018352.jpg) ![1000018326.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmYhufzaRFK2CcUYVF6xebqdQfPfrBp2Mmn7UJA9fJLkVm/1000018326.jpg) Taken from the ferry. *** It was very nice to see the pre-evening sky. The river was big on it, so it felt different. There was a light cool breeze. I walked on the ferry for some time and took some pictures of the river, the sky and the distant ferry. Then I went to a corner and stopped. After some time, the ferry left. All kinds of vehicles and people are crossed by the ferry. It takes about half an hour to cross the river by ferry. Many kinds of things are sold on the ferry. Fruits, jhalmuri, boiled eggs, and many more. *** I saw a man selling chocolates and fruits to children. I went there and bought a packet of litchis for my cousin's sons. They really like them. Meanwhile, the ferry was rushing towards its destination. It seemed like there was a market selling boiled eggs all around. They were just saying, "Boiled eggs." I made an uncle stand up again and asked him how much, he said chicken eggs cost 20 taka and duck eggs cost 30 taka. I said duck eggs cost 25 taka, give me one. If he agrees to pay later. Although I have a habit of not eating much on the way. I'm afraid if someone mixes something in. 😁 But I eat occasionally. *** ![1000018377.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmdDV4JtpMCwywoJYcZcer94GdhmzcyzR1vMrREMRuFy5x/1000018377.jpg) Boiled eggs *** Anyway, we crossed the river. I got on the bus again. The bus got off the ferry and started the journey again. It would take another 2 hours to reach my destination, Savar-Phulbaria. I reached Phulbaria at around 9:20 pm. Then I got on an auto from there, because I had two sacks with me. The fare was 10 taka and I had to pay 50 taka for the sack. Then I finally reached home. I don't know when I'll be able to go home again. My heart is a little heavy. But if you want to work, you have to accept it. *** My post for today ends here. Everyone stay well and healthy. I'll see you again with a new post. ***

Thank you very much everyone for reading today's post.
