How are you all? I hope you are all well. I am also well, Alhamdulillah. Today I will mainly try to talk to you about the different types of food or snack shops that we have.
>> We eat food from different places at different times in our daily lives. Sometimes we eat breakfast, lunch or afternoon snack and even dinner from outside shops or restaurants. Sometimes we want to, and sometimes we are forced to eat food from outside shops. Today I will try to show you around a food place where breakfast is available and tell you its details. We have breakfast with different types of food in the morning, some have rice, some have paratha, some have bread, some finish breakfast with tea. There are many places or restaurants around us where you can get a good and delicious breakfast. Especially most of the time we have our breakfast at the hotel. But do you know where the students living in the university halls have their breakfast? They have their breakfast most of the day from the canteen on the campus. Today I will share with you what breakfast is like in the canteen of Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology (DUET).
If I wanted, I could have shared with you what breakfast is like in any shop outside. But instead, I wanted to share what kind of breakfast we have in the morning at my university, what its price is and what kind of food is available in the canteen. There is only one canteen on our campus, which is called "Shaheed Mustafa Cafeteria". Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available here. Also, various types of drinks, chips, and fast food are available. The donation is also much less than other places. These days, I went to the canteen for breakfast. I have been there many times before and often. I have not gotten up yet, that is why I do not always eat in the canteen. However, I go to the canteen whenever I feel like it. This morning I went to have breakfast. The canteen is on the ground floor of a three-story building.

After entering, I went to wash my hands in the basin. A basin was made in a separate place. So that my hands could be cleaned properly. Then I went and saw what was available for breakfast, the morning menu included Khichuri rice, Dim Bhaji Bharta, A Paratha and Dal. However, I don't like Khichuri in the morning, so I ordered Paratha for myself.

Most of us eat Paratha, or Khichuri, or Luchi Alu Dum for breakfast. Some also finish their breakfast with fruit and tea. Some of us eat different types of food. However, I mostly eat Paratha or rice for breakfast. Today too, I ate Paratha for this reason. Here are a few tables only for Duetians. Where it is written that only Duetians will sit. Apart from the students of the campus, anyone can come here and pay for food.
After some time, I was given hot paratha and daal. I started eating. The canteen was quite crowded. If you want, you can also take the parcel. But you have to pay for it first. All the food menus are written on a board and the price is written next to it.

I like the paratha here. There is plenty of space to sit. There are glasses of water on the table. Some of the staff are always busy. The food is cooked in the canteen, so the quality of the food is always good. We can see how it is being cooked and eat it.

I ate After washing my hands, I went to the bill counter to pay my bill. Here I have to deposit money directly at the bill counter. No type of card can be used for payment. Since most of the customers here are students, they are refusing to use cards. The quality of the food is good, compared to other restaurants.

The food here is arranged on tables most of the time. You can go and eat the food you like. You will calculate and pay while going. You will see the canteen inside when you enter Duet University. The behavior of all the employees is also very good. In all aspects, it is my favorite place as a canteen. Where you can get family-like food and eat with satisfaction.
