Muy buenas a todos mis amigos de la comunidad de @FullDeportes, hoy de nuevo le traigo un post explicativo donde con mucho esmero, le diseñe una rutina para aquellas personas que entrenan los hombros y sin embargo nunca ven cambios, de aquí va el objetivo del video donde les presento los mejores ejercicios para trabajar las tres cabezas del deltoides.

La siguiente rutina presenta una serie de ejercicios que pueden ordenar a su gusto, porque ese es el objetivo, INFORMAR cuáles son los ejercicios para trabajar el hombro en su totalidad, debido a que un error muy común a la hora de entrenar los hombros es solo hacer ejercicios en dónde está implicado la mayoría de las veces la cabeza medial, haciendo press militar y todas sus variantes dejando de lado de que existen otras dos cabezas qué son las que hacen que el deltoides se vea estéticamente proporcionado. Por eso les traje ejercicios en dónde están involucrados las otras partes, haciendo uso de ejercicios poco conocidos o que no usan mucho a la hora de entrenar este músculo, ¡vamos con el vídeo!
The following routine presents a series of exercises that you can order to your liking, because that is the goal, to INFORM you which are the exercises to work the shoulder in its entirety, because a very common mistake when training the shoulders is only to do exercises where the medial head is involved most of the time, doing military press and all its variants leaving aside that there are two other heads which are the ones that make the deltoid look aesthetically proportionate. That's why I brought you exercises where the other parts are involved, making use of little known exercises or not used much when training this muscle, let's go with the video!
