Design Works for Hive | #2 HIVE @ CONF3RENCE 💡

I still have alot of content I wanted to post here, but can´t catch up with everything. This year is full of gigs and work. So I miss a little time for Hive. 😅

But here is something I wanted to share with you, because I am really happy about the opportunity I had. ❤️

Directly after that, I had the honor to work on official Hive merch for the Hive booth at Conf3erence. This is a big Web3 Convention in Dortmund, Germany that takes place once a year. 😍🎉

@detlev saw the graphic designs I did and posted here from time to time and he wanted to work with me, not only for Worldmappin but also for the Hive booth merch. @guiltyparties from @valueplan allowed us to spend some money for the merch, so thanks alot for this!!

This was a great opportunity for me! I am happy that I was able to finally do graphic design directly for Hive! 😊 So let me show you, what I did. Sadly I couldn´t make it too the Conf3rence myself, but @detlev sent me some pictures.

#1 First I designed a little concept with all the ideas I had.

I wanted to do something different. Not the standard pen and bag merch most booths do.

#2 Then I researched printer prices and details for various objects.

#3 Designing the final objects.

All together we finally decided on 4 things we want to do. There wasn´t enough funds sadly for more. But at least I was able to design some cool things.

#1 - Bag

I started with a bag with the Hive Logo on it. It´s of course reusable and shows our brand to make it more visilble in general.

#2 - Bottle

This is a bottle that is made of recycled plastic, to make the concept ecologically sustainable. The bottle was printed on the side and engraved on the cap.

#3 - Seed Pack

We made seed packs that we filled ourselves. The seeds are for flowers for bees. I designed a sticker for onto the pack. The sticker was originally meant for the back side of the pack, but I guess there was a little communication problem. 😄 Whatever, not so important.

#4 - Flyer about Hive made of Seed Paper

I wanted to make a flyer to explain Hive in a short way, and also I wanted to underline the eco-friendly and sustainable aspect of our Blockchain again. So I thought about how I could design a flyer, so that it still has a usecase after reading. I didn´t want to produce trash that people just throw away. So I printed it on seed paper. That means, after reading you can just put the paper into the ground and flowers will grow out of it. To underline the beefriendly concept of Hive. 😄

These were the 4 things we got funding with. And I think I got the maximum out of it. I am pretty satisfied with my results. 😊 I hope I can design for Hive again, and I really hope that someday it will be possible to get more funding to create even bigger merch and marketing campaigns for Hive.

And not put the most of our funding into a rally car. 😄 Not that I don´t like the idea of the car, but I think the money could be used in an even more effective way for Hive´s marketing if we split it up more wisely.
