Have you ever thought that if it so possible to avoid stress? many people including me have thought of living a stress-free life. It's like a dream which will never come true such as waking up from sleep without any stress only peaceful thoughts and nothing to worry. But in real stress is something that can not be avoided as it is a part of our daily routine. This stress has different forms and situations like if you are working somewhere to submit your files there would be a deadlines and to finish you work in time will give you stress.

On the other hand there are so many responsibilities in the family specially if you're the elder son/daughter, there will be financial struggles which can be stressful as well, or even if we trying to achieve our own goals. Basically anything we want will usually come with some level of stress. The question should be how can we manage this stress? Not how to avoid stress. Because we can't let stress control over us.
In my personal opinion having stress is not always a bad thing. Stress will definitely help you to push further in life and also will help to perform better. For example, when I was a student before my exams I used to be nervous and that tension often motivated me to study harder because I didn't want to fail. Trust me stress is going to help the students to have preparation and stay focused.
I think this kind of stress is called “positive stress." I have experienced this so I know how it feels with stress it keeps us alerted and boosts our motivation, and eventually you are ready to face challenges. So, without stress we might not take anything seriously and become lazy or unmotivated.
However, if your being stressed constantly then it is gonna be overwhelming, which can turn into "negative stress." I believe this kind of stress is not good for our mental and physical health because in the end it's gonna drain our energy, this can ruin our mood and make things go in the wrong scenario. For real I used to be anxious, I would get irritated easily, and sometimes I would become hopeless.
If stress continues to stay for a longer time then it can cause serious health problems like high blood pressure. I don't have high blood pressure but I do get headaches, luckily it has not caused heart disease. So, stop trying to avoid stress completely because that ain't gonna help but I'd you learn how to deal with it in healthy ways then it could be beneficial.
My way of handling stress is that I watch cartoons on YouTube, even I am a grown up I love to watch cartoons. This is effective way to handle stress because if you're focused on something else it will slow down your stress because your brain will start to relax. It can be done through planning and time management as well. For me it is cartoon for you it can be something else, so try to do something that gives you relaxation. Many times, you are stressed because something happened suddenly and when you are feeling unprepared or rushed.
Just try to reduce unnecessary pressure. If something has happened and that can't be changed just accept it and move on. There's no need to be stressful over it and waste your time, because when someone is stressed they do not stay productive instead they think about the stress. So start breaking big tasks into smaller steps so it could be more manageable and less overwhelming. Not only it will help you to prioritize but also release stress. I would always finish the most important tasks first and I don’t try to do everything at once.
Whenever I see a new challenge I try to not see it as a threat. Because if I view my difficulties as opportunities then I can learn and grow, gradually stress will be easier to handle. This is the rule of life that we will always have problems so it doesn't mean the end of the world so we should learn how to respond and focus on what can be changed.
Stress reminds us that we are alive, if there's no stress then we won't know what true relaxation is. So, stop running from it, gotta face it with strength and calmness.
