Ha! Take that, 17k steps! Told ya, this is what it’s all about! Ok, perhaps 10k steps everyday might be tough. I shall start easy, aim for 10k steps for 5 days a week first. There’s bound to be days whereby works catch up and walking would be tough. But whatever it is, today is a win. 17k steps, let’s go!
