Not to much walking today. But I did threadmill, though I forgot to put my iphone in the pocket, so the steps were not counted in Actifit App. That’s fine.
I walked in the hospital while visiting my patients and walking to a coffee shop near my house. Sure, not to much walking today. However, I am glad to have some fitness activities and eating healthy breakfast as well.
I would love to try posting daily fitness activities on Actifit app. Thank you
