Hello. I'm traveler @rbaggo who is finding 'Humanism' in 'Capitalism'
The city I will introduce today, is Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, where the canal is beautiful. Slovenia is located next to Italy.
There are Ljubljana, the capital city,
the city with beautiful lake, Bled, the Triglav National Park in the northwest,
Piran, the city that is slowly becoming known these days.
What was interesting when I first arrived in Ljublana was that there was graffiti on the tram. In most countries, this is illegal.
Ljublana is a well-developed canal, so many tourists take a boat ride around the city center. I've never been on a boat, but I think it'd be nice to take a boat and relax. I love the vibe of Ljublana.
There are restaurants next to the canal. There are trees, shops, houses, and Ljublana Castle over there. It's a great place to spend time.
It feels like the old and new towns are divided over that small river. There are many castle and old buildings north of the waterway, and many new buildings such as buildings and trams south of the waterway.
There are clouds and rain signs in the city center, and water suddenly fell from above. When I looked up, there was a thin wire line and a sprinkler for water. Many people went down on purpose because it was a hot summer.
Another thing I remember is, I was originally a low-budget traveler, and there were two women busking. They were singing, but honestly, It wasn't that good. But I felt the courage was great, so I gave them 10 euros of my entire fortune.
I think Ljublana is a great city for healing. It's a good place to take a rest after a three-day tour.
Among the pictures I took, I like this one because I can feel the relaxing summer in Slovenia well. I couldn't stay long waiting for another foreign friend, but if I go again, I would like to take some time and stay for a long time. Haha
Actually, I went up to the castle of Ljublana. There's an entrance fee. Unfortunately, the pictures disappeared when it was blown away due to a hard disk error. I can't see any other pictures except this one. ᅲᅲᅲ
I asked the hostel staff who stayed at the restaurant where they could taste Slovenian food, but they said it was full because the reservation was already over. Hmm. That's why I haven't tasted Slovenian food.
I couldn't taste Slovenian food, so I went to a nearby hamburger restaurant. When I asked what I could feel in Slovenia's food, they said it was a hamburger with truffle mushroom sauce. I tasted the truffle sauce for the first time and it was really delicious. The truffle sauce was delicious. It was expensive.
Come to think of it, I actually had a chance to hang out with local friends in Slovenia. When I lived in Denmark, I had a chance to host 2 Slovenian friends to sleep, and they actually lived in Mariboro, a big city in northeast Slovenia, and one of them said she was living in Ljublana when I was traveling here, and she asked me, "Why didn't you contact me?" If I had known, I would save the money and spent good time with my friend. ᅲᅲ
