I love to eat and when it comes to trying new things, I am always willing to experiment with new dishes. Of course, there are many dishes that I haven't tried and that I would like to taste, but today I want to tell you about the first one that came to my mind when I read this question...

Si, parece una locura que en pleno 2021 yo aún no haya probado este platillo. En primer lugar por su popularidad, especialmente a raíz de la película de Disney. Y en segundo lugar, porque ya se sabe que es un platillo fácil de preparar y las recetas de él abundan, incluyendo aquí en Hive. Sin embargo, entre una cosa y otra, no he podido prepararlo aún ni probado en ningún restaurante.
Yes, it seems crazy that in the middle of 2021 I still haven't tried this dish. Firstly because of its popularity, especially in the wake of the Disney movie. And secondly, because it is already known to be an easy dish to prepare and recipes for it abound, including here at Hive. However, between one thing and another, I have not been able to prepare it yet or try it in any restaurant.
Pero, les voy a ser sincera, mi sueño es poder probar este platillo preparado en su país de origen, Francia. No menosprecio las versiones caseras, claro, si quieren enviarme Ratatouille para probar hecho por ustedes no me quejo jaja, pero mi verdadero interés es probar su preparación original.
No sé si alguna vez logre esto, espero que sí (especialmente por la parte que implica viajar a Francia), pero mientras tanto tengo ese check sin marcar en la lista de cosas que quiero hacer.
But, I'll be honest, my dream is to be able to try this dish prepared in its country of origin, France. I don't look down on the homemade versions, of course, if you want to send me Ratatouille to try made by you I'm not complaining haha, but my real interest is to try its original preparation.
I don't know if I will ever accomplish this, I hope I do (especially for the part that involves traveling to France), but in the meantime I have that check unchecked on the list of things I want to do.
