Yesterday, my vehicle gave me some unexpected prob which is rattling sound/noise from driver side power window while operating. So without thinking twice I decided to walk-in to the nearest service center to get it done.
Service area lounge. Was greet by 1 receptionist which needed some of your information before assign to a service advisor. Area wise is spacious but there's improvement that can be made.
Customer waiting lounge. Looks like there's someone earlier than me during that time.
Since I'm waiting for my turns I got myself a pack of Nasi Lemak (one of the national dish from Malaysia) to fill up my empty stomach lol.
There's showroom connected to service area. While waiting I walked around the showroom for some insight update. One of my favorite car is this Civic-RS variant. I guess every boy's dream were once civic before. So am I.
HRV, a compact suv is also one of the best selling car in Malaysia. Suitable for a small family with ultra folding seat for moving in/out. I can tell you is a lot spacious than you see it online.
There's also CR-V model but I did not capture it.
After 5 hours time of waiting, I decided to walk around the workshop to see how the progress goes with my car. Well turns out they can only tighten the window frame and regulator for the noise itself. As I believes it is mechanical parts failure for such issue.
Well cant do much since is still working. Looks like it still need sometime for the claim itself. In total of 6 hours for this issue, well time to get going. See you around soon.
