Greetings dear. How's day going? Is rainy season over here recently. Besides of that I'm keen to have some soup to warmth my tummy up during this time. Let's head over the market to buy some Tilapia fish and prepare to cook. I used Tilapia fish for today's menu as it's meat is tender and is pet locally which the price is also affordable for all as well. One fish is around 1.5KG this time.
Ingredient wise is simply. A galangal, 2-3 pieces of lemon grass, 5-6 Kaffir lime leaf, 2-3 chillies, Tamarine and lastly Culantro. Give them a deep clean bath and cut them into pieces or slices.
Toss everything in with water level above them. Add pinch of salt, spoon of fish sauce and some magic powder aka ajinomoto will do. You can add accordingly later on if you feel that the taste is less than you expected.
Separating the steam out from sticky rice by using wooden pan and stick. As most of the elderly eats sticky rice everyday as meal.
Now give it a big boil for around 10-20 mins. With top closed for faster cooked process.
With everything are boiled, off the fire and add on veges and tomatoes. You can add on some flavor if you feel that is not enough for you.
