According to the site, this morning's total worldwide number of reported cases was 121,124 with 66,216 recoveries, 4,368 deaths, and 1,039 cases in the US. The lion's share of US cases are reported in Washington (273), New York (176), and California (157). My own state of Pennsylvania has 14 reported cases.
