Personally, I want to dedicate this post to Hive newbies who are just joining the hive community and wish to have a rapid growth in the community. Teaming up in Hive is one of the journey of a Hivean which newbies in Hive need to be enlightened about in order for them to grow their hive accounts and also earn more tokens from the block chain while sharing their valued contents in the Block chain.

I joined Hive about a year ago and that was because of the help of a team which was already in Hive. These team of Hivers headed by Mr @fokusnow,told hive about Hive and encouraged me to join the Block Chain enlightening me about the benefits associated with that right step and I was thrilled with that I have seen from them and I took the opportunity and I do not regret the step I took. So, I am going to discuss some of the benefits that Teaming in Hive can bring about.

Teaming in Hive

When there is a team, there is a goal that is being set and that goal due to the supportive hands in the team would be actually or achieved. Teaming up in Hive would make each person's Hive account to grow due to the support that every member of the team would give to one another. When one makes a post in the platform, the others make the engagement in the post grow and when that happens, there is a large audience in the post and that boosts the post to have more audience and to earn more as well.

Some communities do have some projects that need new Hive users and even needs participations in the projects just like the SpendHBD community. When these Projects come, teams can singlehandedly pick it up and decide to market that project, get more Hive users and also get them to participate in these projects and initiatives. When the SpendHBD projects or initiative came onboard, our team headed by @fokusnow,took it up, advertised the project and got a lot of Hive Users, we also listed a lot of businesses, in this part of the world, we even had a routine called @shokin, where we all would come to one listed business and spend a lot of HBD there through buying and paying for goods. That is why teaming is important and should be initiated.

Sometimes in Hive, there are Contests and Call to actions too, many Hive users may not be opportune to see and participate in this Activities, but where there is a team, one of the members might see the activity and then enlighten the other members of the team about the activity and then they all would participate and grow their hive accounts.

Projects too can be arranged by a Hive Team and supported my the team and then at the end they all will have a lot of benefits from the project they initiated and participated on. Teaming is a very important factor when it comes to growing of Hive account.

Finally

Hive Users, Newbies and Aspirant's of Hive, do well to initiate a Hive Team, it will not only help you to grow your hive account but it will also help you to have greater audience and engagement in the community.

I want to encourage you newbies to join or add Teaming as part of your #journeyofahivean, it will have a great impact both to you and to the community at large. You can create your own team 2 or more Hive members are a team and that too can go a long way too, you can also look for many other existing teams which you can join too. I wish y'all success on your coming into and engaging in Hive.
