Last workday of the week and I’m excited! As usual, the 9-to-5 was very busy, and after I signed off, I immediately went to my target for today: hunting for Osaka ekitags. I noticed that the stations with ekitags are within walking distance of each other, so I planned to collect them all tonight!
So far, I have 2 ekitags here in Osaka, and I plan to collect all of them tonight.
The first leg was taking a train to Namba Station, then walking to Osaka Uehommachi and Tsuruhashi stations. The whole walk took me about an hour and a half. And voila, 3 new ekitags collected!
I took a break from collecting ekitags to eat dinner. I was craving my favorite ramen, so I walked another 45 minutes from Tsuruhashi to Tennoji Station, where my favorite ramen restaurant is located. Cravings satisfied!
I then resumed my ekitag hunting. After that delicious dinner, I collected 3 more ekitags at Nakanoshima, Watanabebashi, and Oebashi stations. Sadly, I couldn’t walk another 3 km to Kyobashi tonight since it was already 10 p.m. and the path was a bit dark, so I had to be careful. That Kyobashi ekitag will have to wait for another Osaka trip.
All in all, I collected 6 ekitags tonight! Woah! I’m also so happy I managed to hit over 20,000 steps today.
Here are the ekitags I collected, so cute!
Here are some of the photos I have taken tonight while walking:
I really love my night walks here in Osaka! Too bad this will be the last one for this trip since I’ll be moving to another city this weekend. Thank you, Osaka. I’ll surely be back! ❤️
