It’s Sunday and I just plan to rest and Netflix and chill at home. I haven’t done this in a while since I’ve been traveling a lot since summer and my weekends have been so busy. Today is all about rest, Netflix, and lots of food. I’m actually more excited about the food haha! 😅
Since it’s a stay-at-home day, I still made sure to get some steps in because I’m a bit concerned about my 68kg weight. I also did some leg exercises like squats to prepare for the upcoming ski season. I don’t want any injuries, so I’m making sure my legs are ready. We’ve been extra careful with winter sports lately after my best friend got a shoulder injury from snowboarding last winter.
I did 50 squats as a warm-up and plan to add more eventually. At night, I did some indoor walking to get extra steps. I was in the mood to sing my heart out, so while walking, I sang along to Taylor Swift, Zack Tabudlo, and Laufey. It turned out to be a happy and productive day. My introvert self is very satisfied.
