After yesterday’s super lazy day, I made up for it today by walking 12 km and doing 100 squats in the morning. For me, the hardest part of working out is just starting. Once I take that first step or finish the first 100 meters, I get into a good rhythm. As Nike says, “Just Do It!”
After my 12 km walk, I felt great and even planned to walk again after work. But… after work, laziness hit me again. I ended up lying on the couch, scrolling through Netflix for an hour, trying to decide what to watch. Even choosing a show feels hard lately!
The last series that really caught my interest was Kimetsu no Yaiba. @wittyzell suggested Jujutsu Kaisen, but I fell asleep during the first episode 😬. Maybe I should watch the latest movie first before starting the series, just like how I did it with Kimetsu no Yaiba.
In the end, I didn’t decide on anything to watch and fell asleep on the couch around 8PM and woke up at 2AM. Wahahaha Jeeeez!
