This is my entry for the #monomad challenge curated by @monochromes today.

Good evening everyone, how are you, I hope you have a pleasant day and are in good condition. On this sunny Sunday, I went back to explore the small forest, and when I arrived there, I immediately explored this small forest and suddenly I found a species of jewel beetle or better known by another name, namely Scutelleridae, and at that time I was walking while holding a smartphone camera and a macro lens and walking around this small forest.

And a moment later I saw a species of jewel beetle crawling on one of the stems of wild plants that grow abundantly in this small forest. And its body shape is somewhat round with a green color and has small black round spots on both wings, and as usual at that time I immediately approached it and took some pictures of it that looked so beautiful and graceful, and you can see below some portraits of this jewel beetle species.

Scutelleridae is a family of true bugs. They are commonly known as jewel (stink) bugs or metallic shield bugs because of their eye-catching colors. Their family name is based on the genus Scutellera from Asia.....Wikipedia

Then after I photographed the jewel beetle species then I continued exploring this small forest again. And a few steps I walked around the small forest and then I saw a butterfly crawling on one of the wild leaves, and this butterfly is known by another name, namely Neptis hylas and the shape of its wings has a different color motif that looks so unique, and but unfortunately the wings of the butterfly species below it on the right are already damaged maybe this butterfly is old, and at that time I managed to take some shots of this butterfly species that looks so beautiful and elegant, and you can see it below.

Neptis hylas, the common sailor, is a species of nymphalid butterfly found in the Indian subcontinent and southeast Asia.....Wikipedia
