Cómo dije anteriormente soy un adolescente de 16 años😺, me gusta bastante hacer ejercicio🏋🏻 (por algo me presento en está comunidad😅) asisto al gimnasio junto con mi amigo franklin👥 el cual es mi gymbro y el q me cuida de no hacer locuras en el gym🤓, me gusta el fútbol y hacer cosas de casa😸, salir a pasear🚶🏻 a cualquier centro comercial🏬 o simplemente estar en mi casa tranquilo🏠 tomándome un café☕ o estudiando📚 algún tema de mi agrado🧘🏻.
As I said before, I am a 16-year-old teenager😺, I really like to exercise🏋🏻 (that's why I introduce myself in this community😅) I go to the gym with my friend franklin👥 who is my gymbro🫂 and the one who takes care of me so I don't do crazy things at the gym🤓, I like soccer and doing things around the house😸, going out for a walk🚶🏻 to any shopping center🏬 or just being at home quietly🏠 having a coffee☕ or studying📚 some subject I like🧘🏻.

Mi contenido📱 se basa en el gimnasio ya sea de rutinas ejercicios💪🏻, información🧑🏻💻, nutrición🍊 etc.. básicamente todo mi contenido se basa en el gimnasio y alguna que otra salida que llegue a publicar ya que siempre busco una forma de que todo sea diferente, creativo y único.
My content📱 is based on the gym, whether it be exercise routines💪🏻, information🧑🏻💻, nutrition🍊 etc... basically all my content is based on the gym and the occasional outing that I publish since I always look for a way to make everything different, creative and unique.
A medida que vaya subiendo📈 los post también voy a ir subiendo los pequeños grandes cambios⏫ que voy a ir teniendo, los mantendré al tanto con cada mínimo🤏🏻 detalle y les iré documentando📲 toda rutina🏋🏻 que haga y obviamente explicando🤓 la misma rutina junto con ejercicios que te ayuden mejor a explotar tu potencial😎.
As I upload📈 the posts, I will also upload the small big changes⏫ that I will have, I will keep you up to date with every little🤏🏻 detail and I will document📲 every routine🏋🏻 that I do and obviously explaining🤓 the same routine along with exercises that help you better exploit your potential😎.

Why did I decide that my content would be that🤔?
Todavía soy un adolescente🙇🏻 y obviamente estudio🎒 y tengo otras metas aparte de tener un mejor físico💁🏻, una de ellas es llegar a ser médico cirujano🧑🏻⚕ o en dado caso nutricionista🍖, me encanta ayudar a la gente con cualquier mínimo dolor que tenga🤕 o con cada mínimo problema🤏🏻 ya que mi mamá🤱🏻 me enseñó desde muy pequeño a ayudar🆘 a todo el que lo necesite porque por más pequeño que sea el problema para la persona que lo afronta puede ser grave.
I'm still a teenager🙇🏻 and obviously I study🎒 and I have other goals apart from having a better physique💁🏻, one of them is to become a surgeon🧑🏻⚕ or in a given case a nutritionist🍖, I love helping people with any little pain they have🤕 or with every little problem🤏🏻 since my mother🤱🏻 taught me from a very young age to help🆘 everyone who needs it because no matter how small the problem is for the person who faces it it can be serious.
Soy un gran amante del fútbol⚽ cómo lo mencioné anteriormente, adoro comprar camisas de fútbol👕 actualmente cuento con muy pocas😅, soy un hincha del AC milan👀 y me agrada cada historia de fútbol cada partido lo disfruto cómo si fuera una final, también juego el deporte y llegué a jugar muy bien🏃🏻 en su momento cuando estaba más pequeño🧒🏻, lastimosamente sufrí una lesión y no pude seguir jugando😿, aparte de eso después llegó la pandemia🦠 así que ya se pueden imaginar mi tristeza de no jugar fútbol por más de 1 año entero.
I am a big football lover⚽ as I mentioned before, I love buying football shirts👕 currently I have very few😅, I am an AC Milan fan👀 and I like every football story, I enjoy every game as if it were a final, I also play the sport and I got to play very well🏃🏻 at the time when I was younger🧒🏻, unfortunately I suffered an injury🩼 and could not continue playing😿, apart from that then the pandemic came🦠 so you can imagine my sadness of not playing football for more than 1 whole year.
Después de la cuarentena🦠 y de recuperarme de mi lesión intenté seguir jugando🏃🏻, lastimosamente seguían quedando dolores💢 insoportables de la rodilla de ahí empecé a abandonar⬅ de poco a poco📉 mi sueño de ser futbolista😞, obviamente no todo es triste gracias a eso me motivé💪🏻 a fortalecer mi rodilla🦵🏻 y por esa razón empecé a hacer ejercicios, empecé en casa🏠 con ejercicios calistenicos con ayuda de mi papá💁🏻, es decir, con mi propio peso🏋🏻, iba teniendo buenos avances ahí me comenzó a interesar el tema del ejercicio😺.
After quarantine🦠 and recovering from my injury I tried to keep playing🏃🏻, unfortunately I still had unbearable pain💢 in my knee, and that's when I started to give up⬅ little by little📉 on my dream of being a soccer player😞, obviously not everything is sad, thanks to that I was motivated💪🏻 to strengthen my knee🦵🏻 and for that reason I started to exercise, I started at home🏠 with calisthenic exercises with my dad💁🏻, that is, with my own weight🏋🏻, I was making good progress, and that's when I started to get interested in exercise😺.

Tengo un circulo de amigos relativamente grande💁🏻 y soy una persona sociable😸 hasta cierto punto, ya que no suelo ser tan sociable😅 pero soy una persona agradable😼 con las personas que lo rodean👥 también soy bastante respetuoso y bien educado🙇🏻, me gusta salir y pasear por lugares tranquilos😮💨 y estar con mis amigos👥.
I have a relatively large circle of friends💁🏻 and I am a sociable person😸 to a certain extent, since I am not usually so sociable😅 but I am a nice person😼 with the people around me👥 I am also quite respectful and well educated🙇🏻, I like to go out and walk in quiet places😮💨 and be with my friends👥.
