The crypto market is once again down by almost 20% compared to the recent days. If we look at the market, almost all the projects, be it a strong project or a main project, have seen a down surge in value.
Bitcoin is still holding a major and crucial support which I have been sharing for the last few months, and thankfully, even after this recent crash that took place yesterday, Bitcoin is still holding that support.
I am going to share a screenshot below which I often share, and there you can see that we are still trading above that crucial support. If we lose that support, that is the blue support line. it is going to be trouble.
But obviously, in the screenshot above, you already saw that we have confirmed that support and bounced back from it. Not only that, we are now trading above the second crucial support which is at $110,000. So, let’s see if we are going to hold this or come down again.
The recent crash was due to the attack done by Israel on Lebanon, and that was the reason for this crash. Though the good news like the rate cut and quantitative tightening ending in December was the reason why everyone thought the market would go up, obviously, Israel attacking Lebanon was something more powerful and impactful and that’s why we saw this downfall in the market.
Also, we saw some negative tweets coming from people like CZ, where he recently tweeted that there are more dips on the way. Obviously, he holds an important position in the market, and his tweets are going to manipulate the market badly. That is another reason why the market might have crashed.
Right now, I don’t know what to do, but I’m still staying strong, practicing patience, and holding my bags because there is no chance I am going to sell at this point of time. After knowing that there are maybe multiple rate cuts coming by the end of this year, there’s no way I’m selling my tokens now.
A recovery from here of at least 30–40% should be seen very soon, but I am not your financial advisor, so please make sure to take your decisions on your own.
