Today we are going to talk about a special event that recently ended. The event was named Yabanius’s Pickle Factory, and there were three phases in this event where people got the chance to bid and earn the special card coming from this event named Yaba’s Pickle.
In the screenshot below, you can see that the event has already concluded, so you cannot bid right now. Those who won the bidding have already received this special card. Just for everyone’s knowledge, there were 20 auctions, and each auction lasted for 25 hours.
So, the rarest pickle of them all is now finally in Splinterland. There are 20 black foil Arcane Yaba’s Pickle cards, making it a truly rare card in Splinterland.
Now, let us look at the market and understand if there is still a possibility of getting this card. In the screenshot below, you can see that I have already found this card listed on the market.
The basic common version (without gold or black foil) is available for just $0.08, which is quite cheap. At max level, you have to pay around $28 to get the card fully leveled up, but it will still be the basic version.
In the screenshot below, you can see that if you combine 400 cards, you will unlock four abilities.
These abilities are as follows:
1) Dodge: Gives a 25% chance to evade a physical attack.
2) Shield: Reduces physical damage by 50% or completely nullifies attacks of 1 power.
3) Slow: Reduces the speed of all enemy units by 1.
4) Heal: Restores one-third of the max health after every round.
These are the four abilities that you are going to unlock once you level up this card.
In the screenshot below you can see the price for Black Foil Card. Quite expensive!
Now it is up to you to decide whether you should buy this card or not. Personally, I think it is a unique and collectible card, and for players who love to collect limited-edition cards, this is definitely worth adding to their collection though you have to pay a lot for that.
However, for players who focus purely on competitive gameplay, it might not be the best investment. Spending $200+ to maximize this card might not be worth it compared to other stronger cards that already exist in the game.
That’s just my personal opinion but at the end of the day, every player has their own approach and goals in Splinterlands. So, that’s all for today’s blog about Yabanius’s Pickle Factory and the Yaba’s Pickle card.
Now I will talk about my terracore base attacks and then say goodbye to all of you for today. In the screenshot below you can see that we surely had one of the decent attacks by winning 1000+ scraps with just 6 attacks.
On top of that two attacks went bad here so if they equally good we could have crossed 1500 scraps today and it would be the highest for me in that case but I am happy with the current results as well.
