Día de curso con amigas de Hive 📝🤗 [Esp/Eng]

Hace unos días mi amiga @jesymora me invitó a participar en un curso dictado por el INCES, en el área de Recursos Humanos, lo que me pareció bastante genial ya que al ser abogada, esta es una capacitación que me vendría bastante bien, además nos pusimos de acuerdo con otras Hivers (@mer28, @melan11e y @valsalazar) que estudian administración y nos fuimos juntas, así que la intención era por supuesto hacer la capacitación, pero también conversar aunque sea un ratito ya teníamos mucho tiempo sin vernos y a Merlyns (@mer28) no la conocía en persona, así que sería un día genial. >A few days ago my friend @jesymora invited me to participate in a course taught by INCES, in the area of Human Resources, which I thought was pretty cool because being a lawyer, this is a training that would suit me quite well, plus we agreed with other Hivers (@mer28, @melan11e and @valsalazar) who study administration and we went together, so the intention was of course to do the training, but also to talk at least for a little while since we had a long time without seeing each other and Merlyns (@mer28) I did not know her in person, so it would be a great day.  Quedamos de encontrarnos en el centro con Jesy a las 8:45 am y de ahí salir todas juntas hasta la sede del INCES, ya que el taller iniciaba a las nueve de la mañana, así que salimos de casa temprano (mi esposo me llevaría hasta el punto de encuentro) y aproveché que vería a Merlyns para llevarle algunos detallitos de Hive como un brazalete, stickers y unos folletos, lo que causó un pequeño conflicto que por suerte olvidaron rápido ya que no llevé para Valeria y Melanie, pero en mi defensa debo decir que juraba que les había llevado el día del onboarding que en su caso fue presencial, pero bueno, no lo había hecho 🤣, así que tengo esto pendiente para un próximo encuentro. En fin, para continuar con la aventura de ese día, llegué a las 9 al punto de encuentro y salimos de inmediato rumbo a la sede del INCES que se encuentra en el Municipio Mariño en un sector que se conoce como **Paseo Guaraguao** ubicado justo frente al mar (ventajas de vivir en una isla 😉) y que dicho sea de paso yo no conocía.

We arranged to meet at the center with Jesy at 8:45 am: 45 am and from there leave all together to the INCES headquarters, since the workshop started at nine in the morning, so we left home early (my husband would take me to the meeting point) and I took advantage of seeing Merlyns to take her some little Hive details like a bracelet, stickers and some brochures, which caused a little conflict that luckily they forgot quickly as I didn't bring for Valeria and Melanie, but in my defense I must say that I swore I had taken them the day of the onboarding which in their case was face to face, but well, I hadn't done it 🤣, so I have this pending for a next meeting. Anyway, to continue with the adventure of that day, I arrived at 9 o'clock at the meeting point and we left immediately towards the INCES headquarters which is located in the Municipality Mariño in a sector known as **Paseo Guaraguao** located right in front of the sea (advantages of living on an island 😉) and that by the way I did not know.

     Aunque pensaba que llegaríamos tarde, por suerte no fue así, de hecho hasta tuvimos tiempo de tomar algunas fotitos de la vista desde el paseo y de tomar algunas fotitos dentro del lugar antes de dar inicio al taller, y ya una vez inició la actividad me concentré en tomar notas y atender a la actividad, por lo que solo tengo una fotito dentro. El curso bastante bien, aunque teníamos una compañera que al parecer quería dar la inducción ella en lugar de la facilitadora, y en realidad fue un poco cansón tener que escucharla interrumpir cada cinco minutos, y gracias a eso no parábamos fe reír con mucho disimulo por supuesto, o por lo menos eso quiero pensar 🤣

Although I thought we would be late, luckily it was not so, in fact we even had time to take some pictures of the view from the walkway and take some pictures inside the place before starting the workshop, and once the activity started I concentrated on taking notes and attending the activity, so I only have a picture inside. The course was quite good, although we had a colleague who apparently wanted to give the induction herself instead of the facilitator, and it was really a bit tiring to have to listen to her interrupting every five minutes, and thanks to that we did not stop laughing with much disguise of course, or at least that's what I want to think 🤣

     Al finalizar la jornada Jesy se encargó de llevar a las chicas lo más cerca posible a sus casas y luego nos fuimos a almorzar, para después pasar por casa de su prima Leidy, ahora @nagasaky21 en la plataforma a quien ayudé a crear su cuenta a través del programa de onboarding de @ocd y publicar de inmediato su post de presentación así que como ven fue un día bastante genial, además de muy productivo. >At the end of the day Jesy was in charge of taking the girls as close as possible to their homes and then we went to lunch, then we went to her cousin Leidy's house, now @nagasaky21 on the platform who I helped to create her account through the onboarding program of @ocd and immediately publish her presentation post so as you can see it was a pretty cool day, as well as very productive.
