Saimons birthday [Esp/Eng]

Hace unos días llegaron de Caracas mi prima Rossleni con su pareja y sus dos niños, y después de 3 años sin venir a la isla, estábamos bastante contentos de verlos, sobre todo porque conocimos a su último bebé, así que la verdad estábamos súper contentos en casa de poder estar juntos y compartir algo de tiempo aunque sea poco. Pero estas pequeñas vacaciones tenían un motivo muy especial: celebrar en familia el cumpleaños número uno de Saimons y bautizar a Eidan quien es su hijo mayor, y por supuesto querían hacerlo en la isla, rodeados de su familia y el sábado pasado fue el día especial de Saimons, así que nos fuimos hasta la casa de los padres de Luis (la pareja de mi prima), donde estaría celebrando el cumpleaños del bebé. La temática que escogieron para el cumple de Saimons fue la película animada **Up** y él estaba vestido como un pequeño explorador. Se veía demasiado precioso con su traje, aunque fue casi imposible que se dejara la gorra puesta. Ya saben, cosas de bebés 🤣 El cumpleaños fue en familia, cosa que me encantó porque éramos pocos, la música no estaba súper alta y pudimos conversar a gusto con todos los que estaban presentes, nos tomamos algunas fotos juntos, comimos súper rico y cantamos el cumpleaños feliz a Saimons que como ven en las fotos disfrutó un montón ese momento. Sin dudas fue una experiencia muy linda poder disfrutar de ese tiempo en familia y les cuento que estuve haciendo la tarea, y tanto Rosslenis como Luis, pronto muy pronto iniciarán su camino en Hive, así que han sido días bien productivos y felices.

A few days ago my cousin Rossleni arrived from Caracas with her partner and their two children, and after 3 years without coming to the island, we were quite happy to see them, especially because we met their last baby, so the truth is we were super happy at home to be able to be together and share some time even if it is little. But this little vacation had a very special reason: to celebrate Saimons' first birthday as a family and to baptize Eidan who is their oldest son, and of course they wanted to do it on the island, surrounded by their family and last Saturday was Saimons' special day, so we went to the house of Luis' parents (my cousin's partner), where he would be celebrating the baby's birthday. The theme they chose for Saimons' birthday was the animated movie **Up** and he was dressed as a little explorer. He looked too precious in his outfit, although it was almost impossible to keep his cap on. You know, baby stuff 🤣 The birthday was with the family, which I loved because there were only a few of us, the music was not too loud and we could talk with everyone who was present, we took some pictures together, we ate super delicious food and we sang happy birthday to Saimons who as you can see in the pictures enjoyed a lot that moment. Undoubtedly it was a very nice experience to enjoy this family time and I tell you that I was doing my homework, and both Rosslenis and Luis will soon begin their journey in Hive, so they have been very productive and happy days.
