Hello, Ladies and Gentlemen of Hive!
After two intensive conference days, Hivefest entered in full amusement mode. Saturday, 18 Oct, was dedicated to a visit to the Batu Caves in the morning and @detlev 's traditional irl #beersaturday event. The afternoon was free for Diy city trip... or sleep... or Hive Pool Party!
First things first, the morning was hot hot hot! @roelandp got us a bus for the ride and we managed to arrive to the caves relatively early and finish the visit just in time of... not melting or something. Here are some photos of us, the cave and obviously the super cute monkeys 🐒

After this wonderful morning, we returned to the city just in time for lunch. I walk for a while thinking I would have some delicious street food... until my eyes read WAGYU. Automatically my body obeyed and I found myself sitting down and ordering Wagyu and a large Tiger.
After a nap and a quick dive in the swimming pool, it was time to get BeerSaturday started. @detlev made arrangements and BB Wine Houz was ready to host us 🍺

It was a busy and fun day. Everybody was happy in the end but slightly sad because there was only one day left. It would be a free day for everyone, with the farewell dinner and closing drinks. More on that in an article to come.
