Banana plantations – in some point the landmark of the island
Actually, all this does not matter. Because much more important are the landscapes, the inhabitants and the nature of the island.
We explored these little by little during our family vacation in April: 7 days, two rental cars, 1 large villa and thousands of wonderful memories.

This Canary Island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean is incredibly diverse. In contrast to the other Canary Islands such as Gran Canaria or Tenerife, La Palma has the peculiarity that everything in the north of the island is wonderfully green.

During our family vacation, we got to know this incredibly diverse island better. From the endless banana plantations, to the black sands of the beach and the salt pans, to breathtaking heights on the Roque de los Muchachos, the enchanted pirate's bay and the numerous dolphins off the coast.

Nach einer längeren Pause sind wir nun endlich zurück auf Steemit und haben neue Geschichten und Bilder im Gepäck!

Eigentlich tut das alles aber nichts zur Sache. Denn viel wichtiger sind die Landschaften, die Einwohner und die Natur der Insel.
Diese haben wir bei unserem Familienurlaub im April Stück für Stück erkundet: 7 Tage, zwei Mietautos, 1 große Villa und tausende wunderschöne Erinnerungen.

Die romantische Küste
Diese kanarische Insel inmitten des atlantischen Ozeans ist unglaublich vielfältig. Im Gegensatz zu den anderen kanarischen Inseln wie Gran Canaria oder Teneriffa hat La Palma die Besonderheit, dass gerade im Norden der Insel alles wunderbar grün ist.

Während unseres Familienurlaubes haben wir diese unglaublich abwechslungsreiche Insel besser kennengelernt. Angefangen bei den unendlichen Bananenplantagen über den schwarzen Sand am Strand und den Salinen bis hin zu atemberaubenden Höhen auf dem Roque de los Muchachos, der verwunschenen Piratenbucht und den etlichen Delfinen vor der Küste.
