Hi, my dear hivers! Thank you for your support. Yes! Another day, another story to tell. I have shared with you about my cat, Garfield, who died days ago. Anyway, aside from having a cat at home, we also have dogs.
----
Let me start my story. We have had three dogs before but the two died last year. The dog left is named Cassy. She was from my cousin's girlfriend. She was friendly before but due to an unfortunate incident, everything completely changed her life. I forgot the exact year, but we had a family outing before. Are you familiar with jeepneys? If yes, you can imagine what it looks like. It is a public vehicle with an open door and windows. We rented a jeepney for our family, and Cassy also came with us. We happily travel to our destination when Cassy suddenly jumps off the jeepney while it is still running. He was run over by the jeep that was following us. Poor Cassy! She was badly injured and could not even walk. We were really worried that time.
---
Why I am telling you this now? It is because of that incident Cassy completely changed. She is no longer the friendly, affectionate, and kind dog we knew. She is now very sensitive and does not trust people. We can't even bathe her because she will attack us. We were always amazed how she does not smell bad even though we couldn't even bathe her. Haha! She hates boyfriends too! She even attacked my baby cousin which resulted in bites in his face. That is why when we have visitors at home, we will warn them to be extra careful with Cassy, and avoid touching her because it will irritate her.
---
But, as time passed by, I noticed how Cassy slowly gave her trust again. Although she is not like how she was before, at least a little approachable. She will listen to us, though we can't touch her. We need to be understanding to her because of her trauma to humans. We understand her and we can’t control incidents like this. After all, she helps us guard and protect us from dangers in our house. She is part of our family and has been with us for years. Dogs are one of the most loyal and trustworthy pets you can have. They are worth having. Honestly, having pets need extra care and effort. I have lots of friends who own dogs too. I personally do not own Cassy. She is my cousin's dog but eventually became the family dog. She loves to stay in our garage.

Do you have cats and dogs at home too? If yes, drop their names in the comment section below. I would love to know them.

So, this is where my story ends. Thank you so much for reading and your never-ending support. I hope you are having a good time! Until my next post, my dear friends! Thank you so much again.
