Hace unos días hablaba con un compañero de la colmena y llegué a la conclusión que como abejas dentro de #Hive debemos ser integros, pero ¿Qué significa ser integros? voy a tratar de ser lo mas explícito posible.

Para mi, la integridad está compuesto de valores que mencionaré a continuación: coherencia en el mensaje, honestidad y transparencia (siempre decir la verdad y decirla como es, no maquillada) y responsabilidad, que sería simplemente asumir los hechos y consecuencias de nuestras decisiones, pero hay, al mismo tiempo un valor que sí es colectivo y es "operar según los valores de la sociedad en la que convivimos" porque por más individuales que somos, vivimos en sociedad. Pero ¿Y cómo llevamos a nuestro rol de #Hive?
For me, integrity is made up of values that I will mention below: coherence in the message, honesty and transparency (always tell the truth and tell it as it is, not made up) and responsibility, which would be simply to assume the facts and consequences of our decisions, but there is, at the same time, a value that is collective and that is "to operate according to the values of the society in which we live" because as individual as we are, we live in society. But how do we carry out our role as #Hive?

Sencillo, primero definimos qué actividades desempeñamos en la colmena y después nos cuestionamos si lo estamos haciendo lo suficientemente bien, eso sería muy buen arranque. Cuestionarnos lo que hacemos dentro de #Hive al mismo tiempo puede desglosarse en muchas más cosas, por ejemplo: ¿nuestro mensaje es coherente con nuestra forma de manejarnos en la vida real? ahí hablamos de consistencia. También podemos agregarle honestidad porque no puedo venir y tener la intención de orientar a alguien si yo no soy ejemplo de que precisamente "eso", no lo ejecuto. ¿Vieron como todo esta entrelazado?

Ahí es donde está la diferencia entre el "profesor" de #Hive y el que con hechos acompaña su mensaje, yo no busco disfrazarte absolutamente nada, se lo dije ayer a uno de los "líderes" de habla Hispana aquí en la plataforma, viene y me comenta algo como: "convencer a los curadores de que no busco recompensas" ahahaha es absurdo, porque yo no busco convencer a nadie de nada, creo contenido porque me gusta...ahhhh entonces hablamos de "propósito", ese es otro valor.

Uno de los problemas dentro de la plataforma es sin duda los "falsos" nortes...siempre engañan a las personas diciéndoles que pueden generar ingresos con su contenido, cuando la verdad es parecida más no es lo mismo y explico: obviamente existe la posibilidad de ganar algo de dinero y no está mal, si eres un creador de contenido, constante, consistente, creativo, disciplinado y que vives tu proceso de forma consciente, podrás generar al menos algo de dinero semanal con lo que podrás "redondear" tus ingresos (no es mi caso) pero primero, debes tener todas las anteriores antes mencionadas ¿y si no las tienes cuál va a ser el resultado? otra cuenta más al vacío...ahí es donde nuestro rol como creadores de contenido nos demanda ser: Honestos, transparentes, coherentes y sobre todo poder orientar a esa nueva abeja en su proceso.
One of the problems within the platform is undoubtedly the "fake" nortes.... they always deceive people telling them that they can generate income with their content, when the truth is similar but it is not the same and I explain: obviously there is the possibility of making some money and it is not bad, if you are a content creator, constant, consistent, creative, disciplined and that you live your process consciously, you can generate at least some money weekly with what you can "round" your income (not my case) but first, you must have all of the above mentioned and if you do not have them what will be the result? Another empty account...that's where our role as content creators demands us to be: Honest, transparent, coherent and above all to be able to guide that new bee in its process.
Y ¿Cómo podemos orientar? ¿estás listo? esta es muy buena pregunta, por ejemplo, yo no soy gurú de nada y no me interesa serlo, es más, el contenido que yo estoy creando es según como yo concibo la vida, es decir, es mi opinión personal...pero todo lo hago partiendo de la buena intención y nutriendome de muchos creadores que tengo como referencia...soy honesto, porque cuando algo no me parece, lo digo...antes simplemente lo omitía. Mientras yo desee y materialice con mis #post mis intenciones, genere conversación y constantemente me este enriqueciendo de información a través de otras abejas, considero que mi rol con integridad está mucho más cerca que cuando comencé y de eso se trata, de vivir el proceso según la altura de lo que se requiera, la integridad en Hive no es un título, es un hábito que se nota en cada post y cada interacción.
And how can we guide? are you ready? this is a very good question, for example, I am not a guru of anything and I am not interested in being one, moreover, the content that I am creating is according to how I conceive life, that is, it is my personal opinion...but I do everything starting from the good intention and nourishing myself from many creators that I have as a reference...I am honest, because when something does not seem to me, I say it...before I simply omitted it. As long as I wish and materialize with my #post my intentions, generate conversation and constantly enrich myself with information through other bees, I consider that my role with integrity is much closer than when I started and that is what it is about, to live the process according to the height of what is required, integrity in Hive is not a title, it is a habit that is noticed in every post and every interaction.
