Ultimamente he tenido unos dias de bastante cuestionamiento, me he cuestionado cuál es mi rol dentro de la blockchain de #Hive, me cuestiono para qué publico aquí y la forma en la que estoy haciendo contenido...si realmente valdrá la pena o no pero han sido tantas las preguntas que me he hecho que no he sabido concentrar toda mi energía en un solo flujo de "creación".
Lately I've had a few days of questioning, I've been wondering what my role is within the #Hive blockchain, I've been wondering why I publish here and the way in which I'm making content... if it's really worth it or not, but there have been so many questions that I've asked myself that I haven't been able to concentrate all my energy on a single flow of "creation".
Alguien por ahí dijo una vez que: "una vez pasado el enamoramiento, en la cotidianidad y la rutina es donde se ve el verdadero de amor ya que sí o sí debemos mantener el fuego encendido"... debemos aclarar que NADIE está aquí por obligación pero hay muchas cosas con las que no estoy de acuerdo y que a nadie le interesa si las apruebo o no pero como dice el dicho : "te conozco bacalao". Se nota de una manera muy simple quien le da cariño a lo suyo y quien no y es triste ver como grandes creadores de contenido tienen que batallar muchas veces con aquellos que abusan de la plataforma repitiendo lo mismo que vienen haciendo desde hace algunos años. No se ve evolución, no se ve cambio, no se les ve la valentía por salir de su zona de confort y otra cosa que debemos reconocer es que hay que ser valiente para publicar, pero ¿y cuando automatizamos el proceso y solo creamos por crear?¿qué puede resultar de eso? ¿algo positivo? tal vez, pero llega un momento que la misma dinámica nos obliga si o si a seguir creciendo.
Someone once said that: "once the love affair is over, it is in the daily life and routine that the real love is seen, because we must keep the fire burning"... we must clarify that NOBODY is here by obligation but there are many things that I do not agree with and that nobody cares if I approve or not but as the saying goes: "I know you cod". It is very simple to see who loves what they do and who doesn't and it is sad to see how great content creators often have to battle with those who abuse the platform by repeating the same things they have been doing for years. We don't see evolution, we don't see change, we don't see the courage to leave their comfort zone and another thing we must recognise is that you have to be brave to publish, but what about when we automate the process and just create for the sake of creating? what can come out of that? something positive? maybe, but there comes a time when the same dynamic forces us to keep growing.

Muchas personas entran aqui como dijo alguna vez uno de los Hivers (que no menciono por respetar su anonimato) por redondear sus ingresos y capaz lo que en algún momento era una motivación hoy sea algo que juega en contra...muchas personas entran por las recompensan que se traducen en dinero...pero ahora con 34 años reconozco que muchas veces las procesos pueden ser contradictorios, es muy fácil llegar a pensar que los cambios son de afuera hacia adentro cuando precisamente funciona al revés y aquí es donde está la mayor herida de #Hive...muchos entran para ganar dinero sin reconocer que existe un proceso mucho más importante y de mayor ganancia: #Hive nos da la oportunidad de desarrollarnos como creadores de contenido.
Many people enter here as one of the Hivers once said (who I won't mention because I respect his anonymity) to round up their income and maybe what was once a motivation is now something that plays against them...many people enter because of the rewards that translate into money.... but now 34 years old I recognise that many times the processes can be contradictory, it is very easy to think that the changes are from the outside in when it works the other way around, and this is where the biggest wound of #Hive is...many enter to make money without recognising that there is a much more important process and of greater gain: #Hive gives us the opportunity to develop as content creators.
Desarrollo: Como comunicador, somos responsables de dar un mensaje asertivo que contribuya de alguna forma al crecimiento de nuestra plataforma. No podemos violentar los procesos de los demás pero si podemos orientar para que dentro de nuestra comunidad existan creadores de contenido que no abusen del ecosistema, que cuiden su mensaje, lo que están diciendo y también las formas...y me incluyo en esto ya que es muy fácil ser parte del problema también... hay demasiadas personas que tienen esa fibra maravillosa de creación y lo combinan con una expresión estética ¿el resultado? un #post maravilloso que toma vida por si solo... #Hive necesita voces que no solo publiquen sino que orienten, cuestionen y eleven la conversación en TODOS sus niveles.
Development: As a communicator, we are responsible for giving an assertive message that contributes in some way to the growth of our platform. We cannot violate the processes of others but we can guide so that within our community there are content creators who do not abuse the ecosystem, who take care of their message, what they are saying and also the forms... and I include myself in this because it is very easy to be part of the problem too. ...there are too many people who have that wonderful fibre of creation and combine it with an aesthetic expression and the result? a wonderful #post that takes on a life of its own...#Hive needs voices that not only publish but guide, question and elevate the conversation on ALL levels.
