Si el día de ayer hablaba sobre la importancia de asumir una mejor conversación sobre nuestro rol de cómo ser creador de contenido, me he tomado la tarea personal durante unos días de desarrollar contenido que sea realmente positivo para cada uno de los miembros de la colmena...de aquí a que tenga el alcance deseado va a depender de dos cosas: la calidad con la que transmito las ideas y sobretodo la constancia que le dé a este nuevo propósito.
If yesterday I talked about the importance of having a better conversation about our role as content creators, I have taken on the personal task for a few days of developing content that is really positive for each of the members of the hive... whether it has the desired reach will depend on two things: the quality with which I transmit the ideas and above all the constancy that I give to this new purpose.

El comentario es una señal de vida que crean relaciones dentro de nuestra plataforma...imaginense que como abejas que somos, nuestra comunicación sea deficiente o que no logremos conectarnos los unos con los otros...¿que pasaría? nuestro nido se vendría abajo ¿verdad?...pero y si sucediese lo contrario ¿cuál sería el resultado? podemos entonces decir que la calidad como creadores de contenido va a estar determinada por la calidad de nuestras publicaciones, pero también por la calidad de nuestros comentarios, eso fortalecerá el enjambre y por ende, nuestra plataforma terminará siendo más sólida, no sólo para nosotros sino para todas esas abejas que llegarán.
The comment is a sign of life that creates relationships within our platform... imagine that as bees that we are, our communication is poor or that we fail to connect with each other... what would happen? our nest would collapse, right? but if the opposite were to happen, what would be the result? We can then say that the quality as content creators will be determined by the quality of our publications, but also by the quality of our comments, that will strengthen the swarm and therefore, our platform will end up being more solid, not only for us but for all those bees that will arrive.
Cuando sólo nos limitamos a publicar sin comentar, es como si estuviesemos hablando dentro de una habitación vacía...con estos compañeros hablaba sobre la verdadera motivación de pertenecer a #Hive...les comenté como experiencia propia que este camino cuando empecé a recorrerlo, tenía un norte claro y era generar dinero a través de mis publicaciones. Pero hoy, luego de 5 años dentro de la colmena, mi norte es otro...mis motivaciones son otras...porque ahora entiendo que #Hive me da la oportunidad no solo de autodescubrirme sino también de ver cuál es mi rol dentro de la colmena...y precisamente a esto voy. Con toda esta experiencia me he preguntado: "¿por qué la gente me votaría o leería?"
When we limit ourselves to posting without commenting, it is as if we were talking inside an empty room... I was talking to these colleagues about the true motivation of belonging to #Hive... I told them as my own experience that when I started on this path, I had a clear north and that was to generate money through my publications. Primero: yo publico porque quiero, porque me hace sentir bien y porque #Hive es mi espacio de opinión para plasmar mis ideas...pero aún así esto no responde mi pregunta: fácil, si yo realmente soy responsable de mi creación entiendo que forma parte del proceso integrarme al universo #Hive, es decir, debo leer y comentar las publicaciones de mis compañeros pero no como acto de imposición, sino un acto de amor propio hacia mi creación, porque si yo quiero que mi contenido sea recibido, debo recibir el contenido de mis compañeros de igual forma.
First: I publish because I want to, because it makes me feel good and because #Hive is my opinion space to express my ideas... but even so this does not answer my question: easy, if I am really responsible for my creation I understand that it is part of the process to integrate myself into the #Hive universe, that is, I must read and comment on the publications of my colleagues but not as an act of imposition, but as an act of self-love towards my creation, because if I want my content to be received, I must receive the content of my colleagues in the same way.
Segundo: he escrito cosas muy finas en los #post de algunos compañeros y algunos se limitan a responder con una distancia...después de analizarlo con mucho cuidado logro concluir que no debo tomarmlo como algo personal, todo lo contrario, entiendo que NO es el compañero sino su conducta en #Hive por eso hago el esfuerzo de utilizar la lonja de comentarios para que sean fuente de motivación para el creador de dicha publicación.
Second: I have written very fine things in the #post of some fellows and some of them just respond with a distance...after analysing it very carefully I manage to conclude that I should not take it personally, on the contrary, I understand that it is NOT the fellow but his behaviour in #Hive that is why I make the effort to use the comment slice to be a source of motivation for the creator of such a publication.

¿Está claro? estoy escribiendo esto un Lunes 22...y hoy releí un contenido de un compañero que publico hace unos dias (más de 4 diás tiene la publicación) ¿por qué? porque siempre trae discusiones a la mesa que me ayudan a desarrollar mis ideas y como he estado con este cuestionamiento durante varios días, algo me dijo que volviera a pasar por allí y efectivamente...lo que encontré me hizo no sólo escribir este contenido, sino también comentarlo...¿por qué? porque ese compañero tiene la habilidad de haber escrito hace bastante tiempo y su contenido sigue vigente...¿tu tienes esa habilidad? yo indudablemente todavía no...
Is it clear? Y al final, creo que la verdadera recompensa es permitirnos tal evolución que nos hagan entender que el norte no es la cantidad de dinero que recibimos por #Post, sino la capacidad de que nuestra voz dentro de #hive perdure en el tiempo como el contenido de esta persona.
And in the end, I think the real reward is to allow ourselves to evolve in such a way that makes us understand that the north is not the amount of money we receive per #Post, but the ability to make our voice within #hive last in time like this person's content.
