Dentro de #Hive tenemos la oportunidad de desarrollar nuestra marca personal y probablemente no le estamos dando la importancia que esto requiere pero en este #post trataré no sólo de desarrollar la idea sino de ir desde lo específico a lo general.

Within #Hive we have the opportunity to develop our personal brand and probably we are not giving it the importance it requires but in this #post I will try not only to develop the idea but to go from the specific to the general.

🐝Coherencia🐝||🐝Coherence🐝

Una de las cosas que hace que nuestra marca tenga más intensidad es nuestra coherencia, en el mensaje, en la forma en la que presentamos dicho mensaje pero también en como visualmente lo vendemos. Admito que estoy en proceso de construcción en #Hive, hago el esfuerzo para que cada una de las cosas que expreso a través de mis #post tengan una contribución a la plataforma, enfocándome estos últimos días en generar contenido sobre cómo mejorar mi desempeño aquí y que esto al mismo tiempo te pueda funcionar.

One of the things that makes our brand more intense is our coherence, in the message, in the way we present that message but also in how we visually sell it. I admit that I'm in the process of building #Hive, I'm making the effort so that each of the things I express through my #posts have a contribution to the platform, focusing these last days on generating content on how to improve my performance here and that this at the same time can work for you.

Admito que soy enemigo de las publicaciones que se ven excesivamente caseras, sé que es importante transmitir lo orgánico que es nuestro contenido pero creo que mostrar eso a través del descuido de la presentación es un error que no debería cometerse con tanta frecuencia (se creible pero comercial).

I admit I am an enemy of publications that look overly homemade, I know it is important to convey how organic our content is but I think showing that through sloppy presentation is a mistake that should not be made so often (be credible but commercial).

Lo conversaba justamente con un compañero el día de ayer, normalmente acostumbramos a dar una opinión de algo que ha sido finalizado, cuando lo sensato sería contar también con una opinión de todo el proceso para que ese "algo" fuese creado pero ¿Qué podemos hacer? si a través del tiempo así se nos ha enseñado.

I was just discussing this with a colleague yesterday. Normally we are used to giving an opinion of something that has been finalised, when it would be sensible to also have an opinion of the whole process for that "something" to be created, but what can we do if we have been taught to do so over time?

🐝Cosas que si podemos hacer para #Hive🐝||🐝Things we can do to #Hive🐝

Vamos a volvernos un poco apasionados ¿ok? veamos nuestra creación como hijos ...¿te gustaría que tu hijo tuviera la ropa sucia o ropa heredada? ¿cierto que no? así mismo tenemos que hacer no sólo con nuestro contenido sino con nuestra marca personal y que eso se traslade de #hive a nuestra vida...si es de releer el contenido (pido perdón por mis descuidos si tengo errores ortográficos) lo hacemos, no pasa nada. Si tenemos que colocar títulos más grandes e impactantes para que la atención de la persona que nos está leyendo no se disperse, lo hacemos. Una de las cosas en las que no me siento satisfecho es con la miniatura de mi #post, pero como todavía no he aprendido a mejorar, intento equilibrarlo ¿de qué forma? con mi título de #post y con imágenes que respalden el proceso de creación...en mi caso, yo tengo un setup bien bonito que considero mi espacio seguro para darle rienda suelta a la creación de mi contenido.

Let's get a little passionate, ok? let's look at our creation as children...would you like your child to have dirty clothes or inherited clothes? wouldn't you? we have to do the same not only with our content but with our personal brand and that this is transferred from #hive to our life...if we have to reread the content (I apologise for my oversights if I have spelling mistakes) we do it, nothing happens. If we have to place bigger and more impactful titles so that the attention of the person who is reading us is not dispersed, we do it. One of the things I am not satisfied with is the thumbnail of my #post, but as I have not yet learned to improve, I try to balance it how? with my #post title and with images that support the creation process... in my case, I have a nice setup that I consider my safe space to give free rein to the creation of my content.

🐝¿Cuáles herramientas utilizo para #Hive?🐝 || 🐝What tools do I use to #Hive?🐝

Las herramientas son los condimentos de nuestra cocina, en mi caso: no me gusta la comida insípida...o también pueden ser los colores que utilizamos para dibujar nuestra aventura en una hoja blanca, justamente como hace @zullyscott . En mi caso yo soy informático, eso hace que tenga naturalizado el constante contacto con la tecnología (no tanto desde el punto de vista cripto aunque quisiera, para ser honesto) pero si me mantengo muy informado de cualés son las tendencias actuales...¿qué quiere decir todo esto? sencillo bro, me mantengo informado...cuando estás informado sobre un tema y lees la tesis y la antitesis de las cosas, formas tu propia opinión.

Tools are the condiments in our kitchen, in my case: I don't like tasteless food... or they can also be the colours we use to draw our adventure on a white sheet of paper, just like @zullyscott does. Hago vida en #Hive, eso se puede considerar una herramienta, porque a pesar de que tengo mi refugio, también compre una laptop que me permite desarrollar mis ideas justo en el preciso momento que llega la claridad mental. OHHHH!!! claridad mental: muy importante...yo soy un tipo ritualista, o sea, agarro mi taza de café, prendo mis luces con colores calidos, normalmente coloco un reggae bastante suave y empiezo a escribir...pero como normalmente tengo exceso de ideas en la mente y sé que me cuesta ordenarlas también utilizo un pizarron donde anoto lo que debo desarrollar y chatgpt para saber qué tan coherente es la locura que estoy escribiendo.

I live in #Hive, that can be considered a tool, because although I have my refuge, I also bought a laptop that allows me to develop my ideas just at the precise moment that mental clarity arrives. Explico todo esto de esta forma debido a que mi proceso de creación es eso, un proceso vivido, consciente e identificable...identifico cuales son mis etapas, las evaluo y hago las correcciones que debo hacer, mi contenido es mi hijo y no soy un papá perfecto, pero me gusta cuando veo a mi hijo y luce bien, porque es un reflejo de quién soy.

I explain all this in this way because my creation process is just that, a lived, conscious and identifiable process...I identify what my stages are, I evaluate them and make the corrections I need to make, my content is my son and I'm not a perfect dad, but I like it when I see my son and he looks good, because it's a reflection of who I am.

Mi proceso no es perfecto, pero es mío, y me representa. Eso es lo que para mí significa marca personal.
