Hi food buddies here in hive! Lately I been craving for some chocolate desserts that's why I made this milo-cocoa truffles. It has been a trend so I give it a try and the recipe I will be sharing is the one that suits my taste.

Here what we need:

• 123g (1 Cup + 3 Tablespoon) Cocoa Powder •150mL Condensed Milk •1 - 1 1/2 Milo Sachet (24g each)

Let's get started.

IMG20210629155531.jpg Warm the condensed milk over low heat, when it's about to boil turn off the heat.

IMG20210629155648.jpg Make sure to sieve cocoa powder before adding to warm condensed milk to avoid lumps.

IMG20210629160255.jpg Mix it until everything is well incorporated. The mixture will be smooth in texture.

IMG20210629160953.jpg Pour the mixture into the container with cling wrap then cover the top with excess cling wrap. Let it cool to room temperature then chill for at least 3 hours or overnight.

IMG20210629201242.jpg Sprinkle half of the milo all over the plate.

IMG20210629201328.jpg Remove the cocoa truffles from the container, peel cling wrap and put it on the plate.

IMG20210629201522.jpg Pour the remaining half of the milo in a sachet to cover the top of the truffles, don't forget the sides.

IMG20210629201715.jpg Cut them into squares and cover each with milo.

IMG20210629202053.jpg Transfer it into a serving plate, our chocolate dessert is now ready. Serve immediately or let it set in the fridge to prolong shelf-life.

IMG20210629202325.jpg It's yummy. I used dark cocoa powder to balance the sweetness of condensed milk. May we all have a sweet day!
