Hello to all food lovers and hiver’s all over the world! Today let me share with you all my family's favorite vegetable recipe that is very easy and simple to prepare called Chop suey. This recipe is very nutritious because of the different veggies ingredients and we all know that vegetables are healthy.

My family loves this recipe but instead of using chicken and liver, we like the ground pork meat and a sausage to mix with the vegetables. According to my daughters, MY Chop suey is more flavorful each time I mix it with ground pork and sausage. So as a mom, I do follow and cook what my family loves to eat.
Now let’s go to the kitchen and cook our recipe for today.
CHOPSUEY

Ingredients:
1 medium Cauliflower 1 medium Broccoli 7pcs Young corn 6pcs Baguio Beans 1medium Chayote 1 pc medium Carrot 250 grams cabbage 1pc Hungarian Sausage with cheese 250grams ground pork meat 1 big Onion
5 cloves of Garlic 1 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoon cornstarch 2 sachet Oyster Sauce ½ teaspoon ground pepper 1 bell pepper 2 cups water Oil to sauté Salt to taste


PROCEDURE:
Wash all the vegetables and spices then remove the skin. Using the vegetable cutter, cut the vegetables according to your desired size and shape.

*Slice the Garlic , onion and the Bell Pepper

*Slice the Hungarian sausage.

- Sifter the cornstarch to remove any foreign objects.
Now our all ingredients are ready.

PREPARE TO SAUTÉ
In a clean pan add oil to sauté. When the pan is hot, add the Onion and Garlic until it turns translucent.
Add the ground pork and sauté it

Add the ground pepper.

Add the oyster sauce then mix it then cover.

Add the sausage

Add the butter then mix

*Add the carrots, chayote, broccoli, Baguio beans, young corn, , bell pepper and Cauliflower.


*Add water, salt to season. Then cover and let it simmer for seven to ten minutes.
* Dissolve the cornstarch in a half cup of water then add to the pan while mixing it to the vegetables.
* Taste it, you can add salt or ground pepper according to your taste.
* Lastly add the cabbage then mix and toss all the ingredients.

*Simmer for another minute to cook the cabbage.

Remove the pot from the fire READY TO SERVE.

For the people who are on diet, this food is very suitable for you. This is very yummy and with many health benefits from the vegetables. My family loves to eat this recipe and we often have this at least twice a week to get those nutrients for our bodies from all the vegetable ingredients.
