I have been wanting to cook and eat air fryer chicken but I do not have an air fryer so I waited for SM to be on sale so I can buy my long awaited AIR FRYER. At last, they have up to 40% discount. They are celebrating their 40 years founding anniversary. I am glad I have finally bought my air fryer. ..Does anyone here love to eat whole fried chicken? A healthy fried chicken that is very savory and full of flavors that you would love in every bite. Today is September 22,20205 and we are celebrating the family day; so let us cook special for our family. Let me share with you all a healthy and easy recipe. My recipe is Crispy, Juicy Air Fryer Whole Chicken. Lets go to the kitchen and cook
AIR FRYER WHOLE CHICKEN
Ingredients: *one whole chicken *one pc Magic Sarap *7cloves Garlic *0ne onion *One teaspoon ground black pepper *one tablespoon salt *lemongrass

bay leaves *toothpicks

another set of garlic, onion, black ground pepper for boiling and simmering the chicken. *water for boiling and simmering.
Procedure *Wash the chicken properly and take off the fats in the butt area.

Set aside the chicken and let the water dry out by putting it in a colander.

Remove the skin of garlic and onion then wash it.

Chop the garlic and onions and put it in a saucer.
- Pour the Magic sarap seasoning, ground black pepper and salt.
*Mix it well.
*put it inside the chicken.
- Add the bay leaves inside.
- lastly; add the lemongrass
Note; We add the lemongrass lastly because we need the lemongrass to make sure those species inside would not go out.
*Closed the chicken using toothpicks.

Do not forget to Slice the breast of the chicken on both sides to make sure the chicken inside cooks.

In a pot put the whole chicken and pour enough water to cover it.

Slice another onion and garlic then add it to the pot.

Add half teaspoon of ground black pepper,salt and magic sarap seasoning to the pot to seasoned the stock.
*Bring to boil then simmer it for thirty minutes then flip the chicken.
*Simmer it for another thirty minutes or until the chicken is cooked *Remove the chicken from the pot then let it cool IN A Colander to dry the remaining stock.
PRE-HEAT THE AIR FRYER for 3-5 minutes
*Use a parchment paper as a liner in the air fryer.

Use a paper kitchen towel and pat dry the chicken.

Put the chicken in the air fryer and just choose the key for chicken cooking.

Set the timer to thirty minutes then flip the chicken after thirty minutes.
*Set the timer for another thirty minutes. *Remove from the air fryer and let it cool
Our whole chicken fry by air fryer is ready to serve.

This is my first time cooking chicken in the air fryer and it was successful and my family loves eating it. It was very appetizing besides being crispy and juicy. I would surely like to cook this recipe again soon.
