Free yourself from fear of the judgment of others

Hello friends of this great community; Giving more value to your time and your life, surrounding yourself only with those who deserve it and make you feel good, is the best thing you can do. All of this brings multiple benefits to your mental health. First, you reduce stress, because that constant pressure of trying to please others is exhausting. Maintaining an image like a mask for so long for everyone is very tiring and when you start focusing first on pleasing yourself before others, your stress level drops drastically.

Stopping worrying about what others think improves your self-confidence, when you stop seeking external validation in everything you do you begin to build solid confidence based on your own achievements, experiences, values; Self-confidence does not depend on what others think of you, ever, but on the image that you have of yourself, the problem is that and think with me when you base your value only on the opinions of others, you become a prisoner of external and superficial judgments that do not reflect who you really are.
The only person who knows your value, your true value, is you, one of the things that I changed the most in my life when I stopped caring so much about what others thought of me, is my focus, the focus on my priorities, without the distraction of trying to meet everyone's expectations I have been able to concentrate much better on my own goals, my goals are what make me feel satisfied, fulfilled, that is why they are important and this focus is key, key to both personal and professional success.
The more you stop thinking about what others will say about your decisions, the clearer your path becomes, a long time ago I began to live this way, on my own terms, let's say that my life is much simpler now, I do work, I exercise, I take care of my house, I organize my day, in my own way, it may sound simple, as I say, but you will be surprised at how many things you have done in your life just because you believed that others expected you to do them and when you stop living under those premises or under those expectations your life changes completely.

Think about all those things that you do today but that you don't really like that much, really think about those habits that you continue to maintain only out of inertia, you follow a career that is not yours, but your parents' dream, or maybe you started because you saw that some friends earned well or it was said that they earned well or perhaps you continue going to the same places as always because that is where your usual group is.
Now take a moment and reflect, how many of those things that you do today really matter to you, like that, how many and tell me how many are also holding you back, try to find the origin of each one, ask yourself, why did I start doing it, was it a choice of mine or was it an external influence, if I think about my own life I remember some things that I did without really questioning them, for example, I started drinking when I was 13 or 14, I went to parties, I spent money on stupid things, I slept late, I woke up late and so on. It became a routine, if I didn't go out with friends until dawn I would stay up watching series until dawn.
What I want to emphasize is that these habits were not really mine and those habits brought me challenges later in life when I tried to change them, but here it is, the interesting thing, when you free yourself from the fear of the judgment of others, something magical happens, your creativity begins to flourish, you stop worrying about what others are going to say and you allow yourself to try new ideas, new projects, without so much fear of making mistakes.
So free yourself.
