Today I want to share a delicious, easy, and 100% vegan option for a natural refresher: a creamy rice and banana drink πβ¨. Perfect for hot days, to share with the little ones, or simply as a healthy, energy-boosting treat.
π Ingredients: 1/2 cup rice 4 cups water 2 ripe bananas
π©π½βπ³1. Step by step to prepare the rice:
First cook 1/2 cup of rice in 4 cups of water on low heat until the rice is very soft and most of the water has evaporated. If you notice that the rice is still a little hard or soft, feel free to add a little water and continue cooking until it is completely soft.
π This step is essential to make the drink creamy and with a delicious texture.
2. Place the cooked rice in a blender and add the ripe bananas.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
π If the mixture feels too thick, add just a little water to help blend it without losing the creamy texture.
