Today I want to share with you this delicious salad I made for my family. ๐ฅ๐ But this time it has a special touch: I used raw zucchini!
A few years ago, I visited one of my uncles and was surprised to see them eating raw zucchini. I really wanted to try it, and to my surprise, I loved its freshness and texture. I had always cooked it, but discovering it like this inspired me to incorporate it into my recipes.
So, I decided to add it to my salad, and the result was simply delicious. I also like to take the time to present my dishes because I believe food should not only taste good, but also be delicious and filled with love for my family. ๐

๐ฅ Ingredients:
๐ฅฌ Lettuce ๐ 2 tomatoes ๐ฅ 1 zucchini ๐ฟ Parsley ๐ด Red bell pepper ๐ง Salt for seasoning ๐ซ Dressing to taste
1๏ธโฃ Wash all vegetables thoroughly with water and, if possible, a little vinegar to disinfect them.
2๏ธโฃ Tear the lettuce into large chunks or leave the leaves attached, whichever you prefer. I washed the lettuce several times with vinegar, then arranged them on the plate to make them look pretty.
3๏ธโฃ๐ Preparing the tomatoes:
Cut the tomatoes in half.
Then, slice each half thinly.
Arrange them in a straight line and then shape them into a flower shape for a more attractive presentation. ๐ธ
4๏ธโฃ Slice the zucchini into thin rounds or spaghetti-like strips.
6๏ธโฃ Finely chop the parsley for a touch of freshness.
5๏ธโฃ Cut the red bell pepper into thin strips.
