On the occasion of International Coffee Day! | Week 137 [EN-ES]

Hello coffee lovers at Hive! I'm telling you that yesterday I had the chance to rediscover a newly opened coffee shop to celebrate International Coffee Day, and of course I couldn't resist returning to show each and every one of you its insides and feel like you're joining me in this daily ritual that encompasses the delight of coffee, because I truly believe that every day we deserve to celebrate life because coffee exists! ***  *** I was inspired to rediscover this café, called *Ellas's Bar Café*, because a few months ago it was located in another location about five blocks away, with different conditions for its frequent visitors. Its decor was always minimalist but beautiful in the subtlety of its lines and visual concepts, consistent with the theme that sustained its strategic marketing budgets. ***  *** Once located on a busy street, its windows and doors were always wide open, attracting the attention of anyone who approached. Now, the change has been interesting. *** ||| |-|-| *** With a unique infrastructure, its doors and windows remain closed as it has air conditioning, which is appreciated given the high temperatures we are constantly subjected to on the island. *** ||||| |-|-|-|-| *** ||||| |-|-|-|-| *** When we open the door, we discover an attractive design designed to make each customer feel comfortable in the intimacy of the space. With dim lighting, in keeping with the design and sound quality, the stay is truly pleasant and invites you to return—if your budget allows, of course, since the prices are remarkably high for any Cuban professional. Focusing on the positive, I let my imagination run wild while ordering an espresso. Since we are celebrating a significant date related to coffee, I imagine we will be accompanied by music to relax to the rhythm of Johann Sebastian Bach or dance to the beats of Bob Marley, Frank Sinatra, Johnny Cash, Natalie Cole, Tina Turner or Juan Luis Guerra, all musicians who in some way have shared a legacy for the delight of those of us who enjoy coffee. ***  ***  *** The coffee arrives, and it occurs to me to accompany it with a chocolate heart, like someone contemplating the possibility of giving it to their loved one so they don't drink alone. Coffee and chocolate have a lot in common with that person and the person writing these words. She (coincidentally, by the way, that's the name of this site) could be drinking coffee right now from a cup just like mine, like when we used to make love covered in coffee or chocolate and drink it all to celebrate and melt in that aroma that only coffee can evoke. ¡Hola amantes del café en Hive! Les cuento que ayer tuve la posibilidad de redescubrir una cafetería recién inaugurada para celebrar el Día Internacional del Café y por supuesto no pude resistirme a regresar para mostrarles a cada uno de ustedes sus interioridades y así sentir que me acompañan en este ritual cotidiano que lleva en sí el deleite del café porque realmente soy de los que piensan que cada día merecemos ¡celebrar la vida porque existe el café! ***  *** Acotaba el hecho de redescubrir esta cafetería, llamada *Ellas´s Bar Café*, porque hace unos meses estaba enclavada en otro lugar a unas cinco cuadras de distancia y con otras condiciones para quienes le frecuentaban. Su decoración, siempre fue minimalista pero hermosa en la sutileza de sus líneas y conceptos visuales coherente con la temática que le sostenía en sus presupuestos estratégicos de mercadotecnia. ***  *** Ubicada, en su momento, en una calle con mucha afluencia de transeúntes, tenía siempre sus ventanas y puertas abiertas de par en par llamando la atención de todo el que se aproximaba. Ahora, el cambio ha sido interesante. *** ||| |-|-| *** Con una infraestructura diferente, sus puertas y ventanas permanecen cerradas pues cuenta con un servicio climatizado que se agradece por las altas temperaturas a las que siempre estamos sometidos en la isla. *** ||||| |-|-|-|-| *** ||||| |-|-|-|-| *** Cuando abrimos la puerta, podemos descubrir un atractivo diseño dispuesto para que cada cliente se sienta cómodo en la intimidad del espacio. Con luces tenues, en consonancia con el diseño y el clima sonoro, la permanencia resulta realmente agradable e invita a regresar, siempre que la posibilidad económica lo permita, claro está, pues los precios en sus ofertas son notablemente elevados para el bolsillo de cualquier profesional cubano. Centrándome en lo positivo, dejo volar la imaginación mientras pido un café expreso. Comoquiera que estamos celebrando una fecha significativa relacionada con el café, imagino nos acompaña la música para relajar al ritmo de Johann Sebastian Bach o bailar al ritmo de Bob Marley, Frank Sinatra, Johnny Cash, Natalie Cole, Tina Turner o Juan Luis Guerra, músicos todos que de alguna manera han compartido un legado para deleite de los que disfrutamos del café. ***  ***  *** Llega el café y se me ocurre acompañarlo con un corazón de chocolate como quien visualiza la posibilidad de entregarlo a la persona amada para no beber en soledad. Es que el café y el chocolate tienen mucho en común con esa persona y quien escribe estas letras. Ella (causal resulta, por cierto, así se llame este sitio), ahora mismo puede estar tomando café en una taza igual que la mía, como cuando hacíamos el amor cubiertos de café o chocolate y nos bebíamos todos para celebrar y fundirnos en ese aroma que solo el café puede provocar. Es que el café tiene su magia y precisa lo bebamos como merece, con amor, y con amor me despido, hasta una próxima taza, ¡con un abrazo de luz! ¡Felicidades a todos! ¡No olviden agregarle una dosis de sonrisas a ese café que beban cada día!
