Wednesdays in color to enjoy life! [EN-ES]

Hello, dear #wednesdaywalk friends! We're delighted to return once again to this #WednesdayWalk initiative, where our friend @tattoodjay invites us to share our journey along the way! Wednesdays are days best taken naturally, sometimes without planning anything, and simply thinking about enjoying them with a big smile and contemplating what they give us. With those premises in mind, I decided to face this day, and the delight was immediate. ***  *** What I thought would be a day of work with boring meetings and the occasional psychological interview with athletes and coaches, followed by returning home and writing, turned into gifts of color, music, and art that I can't help but share with you. ***  *** After work, I decided not to go home. I headed downtown, planning to sit in a café and pass the time while sipping a cup of coffee. But fortunately, it didn't end there. *** |||| |-|-|-| *** ||||| |-|-|-|-| ***  ***  *** ||||| |-|-|-|-| *** ||||| |-|-|-|-| *** The central plaza had a life of its own. On one side, the regular vendors with their sales strategies. On the other, a wealth of colors and dances surrounded the streets and the center of the park itself, delighting the passersby who strolled by. ***  ***  *** At another nearby location, a group of poet friends were beginning an activity I couldn't resist attending, and of course, hours passed in the embrace of poetry while, outside, the procession of dancers and musicians continued, interacting with the urban environment. ***  *** The afternoon arrived without me realizing it, and I knew there was going to be a play at the El Mejunje Cultural Center. Before arriving, I sipped another coffee on the way, with the knowing gaze of *citrouille*, a jack-o'-lantern that reminded me we were already in the middle of Halloween. ***  ***  *** It was time to enter the theater and fall silent in front of the stage lights, merging into a play that invited us to immerse ourselves in a world where violence, in any form, must end. When the play ended, the night could have simply ended, but Santa Clara has its own magic. When you least expect it, another cultural event is just around the corner or just down the road. ***  ***  [//]:# (!worldmappin 22.40663 lat -79.96732 long Mejunje d3scr) *** So, unexpectedly, I stumbled upon La Luna Naranja and a high-caliber popular music concert that I couldn't resist attending either. In this space, I was fortunate to be accompanied by @ernestopg and @lizandra, who also danced and laughed to each melody without any objection and with total enjoyment. Wednesdays, as it turns out, are days that can surprise you. Perhaps you could be the one who decides to surprise the day, smile, and win it over. Why not? ¡Hola queridos amigos de #wednesdaywalk! ¡Nuevamente regresamos con todo gusto a esta iniciativa de #WednesdayWalk en la que nuestro amigo @tattoodjay nos invita a compartir nuestro transitar en el camino! Los miércoles resultan días que es mejor asumirlos de modo natural, a veces sin planificar nada, y sencillamente pensar en disfrutarlos con una sonrisa amplia y la contemplación de lo que nos regala. Con esas premisas, decido afrontar este día y el deleite no se hizo esperar. ***  *** Lo que pensé sería una jornada de trabajo con reuniones aburridas, y alguna que otra entrevista psicológica a atletas y entrenadores, para luego regresar a casa y disponerme a escribir, se convirtió en colores, música y arte como obsequios que no puedo sino compartir con ustedes. ***  *** Decidí, al finalizar el trabajo, no ir a casa. Me dispuse ir al centro de la ciudad pensando sentarme en alguna cafetería y dejar pasar al tiempo mientras bebía un café. Por un lado, los vendedores habituales con sus estrategias de ventas. Por otro, todo un caudal de colores y bailes que rodeaban sus calles y el mismo centro del parque en sí para beneplácito de los transeúntes que por allí caminábamos. ***  ***  *** En otro sitio cercano, un grupo de poetas amigos comenzaban una actividad a la que no pude resistirme asistir y por supuesto pasaron las horas con el abrazo de la poesía a la misma vez que, fuera, continuaba el recorrido de bailarines y músicos en su interacción con el entorno urbano. ***  *** La tarde llegó sin darme cuenta y supe que habría una obra de teatro en el Centro Cultural El Mejunje. Al finalizar la obra de teatro, pudo sencillamente finalizar la noche, pero Santa Clara tiene su magia. En este espacio, tuve la fortuna de estar acompañado por @ernestopg y @lizandra, quienes también bailaron y rieron al compás de cada melodía sin objeción alguna y con total disfrute. Los miércoles, ya comprobado, son días que pueden sorprenderte. Quizá pudieras ser tú quien decidas sorprender al día, sonreír y conquistarle, ¿por qué no?
