Hace unas semanas participé en el Primer Torneo Nacional de Just Dance Venezuela🎮 y debo decir que no me esperaba quedar entre los 3 finalistas😱🏆
Todo empezó gracias a una amiga que es la embajadora oficial del estado Anzoátegui. Al principio estaba un poco indecisa en participar porque no tenía suficiente tiempo para entrenar 😵💫. De hecho, los días que ella organizó para reunir a todos los concursantes, **no pude asistir a ninguno**, pero eso no me detuvo 💪
Tuve aproximadamente **una semana y media de práctica**. Pienso que si hubiese tenido más tiempo, capaz y hubiese ido a **Caracas** representando a mi estado 🏙️ (sí, el ganador viajaba a **CCS para la gran final** ✈️).
Yo pensaba que sería un evento pequeño, pero ¡para nada! 😲 Se notó todo el **trabajo del staff**, tanto aquí en mi ciudad como el de Caracas 👏
Llegó el día 🎉. Me arreglé temprano porque primero debía llegar a casa de **Mafer**, y de ahí nos fuimos juntas a **Gamers Arena**, donde se llevó a cabo el torneo 🎮🏢. Como fuimos de las primeras en llegar, ayudamos a preparar algunas cosas, y ya para las **2:00 PM**, todo estaba listo... excepto los demás concursantes 😅
No supe por qué llegaron tarde, pero eso retrasó el evento una hora 🕒. Aproveché para tomarme unas fotos 📸 y practicar un poco, ya que el sitio estaba vacío.
A eso de las **3:40 PM**, ya era mi turno. Me tocó bailar **"Whenever, Wherever" de Shakira** 💃 Estaba tan concentrada que ni vi el puntaje 😅. Pensé que la otra chica ganaría... ¡pero no! **Gané ese primer round** 🙌
En el **segundo round**, me tocaba bailar sola. La canción fue **"Yeah!" de Usher** 🎵, y sinceramente pensé que quedaría eliminada porque en las prácticas se me hizo difícil. Pero gracias a Dios, pasé a la **final** 😭✨
Y aquí se puso intenso 🔥 La canción final fue **"EXES"**, el baile más rápido y complicado 😵💫. Al terminar, hubo un fallo técnico, así que **tuvimos que repetirlo**, pero no logré recuperarme. Aun así, **obtuve el 3er lugar** 🥉 y **me sentí súper satisfecha** 💖
Para ser mi primera vez en un torneo, creo que **me fue bastante bien**, y ya sé que para la próxima necesito prepararme más 😌

A few weeks ago, I participated in the **First National Just Dance Tournament in Venezuela** 🇻🇪🎮 and honestly, **I did not expect to make it to the Top 3** 😱🏆
It all started thanks to a friend of mine who’s the official ambassador for the **Anzoátegui** state. At first, I was a little hesitant to join because I didn’t have much time to train 😵💫. In fact, I couldn’t attend any of the practice sessions she had planned with the contestants. But still, I didn’t let that stop me 💪
I had about **a week and a half of practice**, and honestly, if I’d had more time to train, I might’ve ended up going to **Caracas** to represent my state 🏙️ (yes, the winner was going to **CCS for the grand finale** ✈️).
I truly thought it was going to be a small event… but nope! 😲 You could really see all the **hard work put in by the staff**, both here and in Caracas 👏
Then came the big day 🎉. I got ready early because I had to head to **Mafer’s** place first, and from there, we went together to **Gamers Arena**, where the tournament was held 🎮🏢. Since we were among the first to arrive, we helped set some things up. By **2:00 PM**, everything was ready—except the other contestants 😅
Not sure what happened, but everyone else showed up late, which delayed the event by about an hour 🕒. So, I took some pics 📸 and squeezed in some practice while the place was still empty.
By around **3:40 PM**, it was my turn. The song was **“Whenever, Wherever” by Shakira** 💃 I was so focused, I didn’t even check my score 😅. I really thought the other girl had won... but surprise! **I won the first round** 🙌
Next was **round two**, and this time I had to dance **solo**. The song was **“Yeah!” by Usher** 🎵 and no lie—I thought I was going to get eliminated because I struggled with it during practice. But thank God, I made it to the **final** 😭✨
And here’s where things got real 🔥 The final song was **“EXES”**, the fastest and most difficult of them all 😵💫. After we finished, there was a technical issue so we had to **dance it again**, but I still couldn’t bounce back. Even so, I ended up getting **3rd place** 🥉 and honestly, **I was really proud of myself** 💖
For my **first-ever tournament**, I think I did pretty well! Now I know I just need a bit more prep for next time 😌
