Mi hijo cuando estaba pequeño le daba mucho malestar de estomago y mas atras llegaban los vómitos. Supo una amiga de la casa y nos dijo que le dieramos un té de hierbabuena sarrapia. Se lo hicimos. Sorprendente el efecto de esta hierba le alivió el malestar y posteriormente se lo quito por las grandes propiedades que mi Dios le dio a esta hierba.

When my son was little, he used to get a lot of stomach upset and later on he would get a lot of lumps. A friend from home told us to give him some peppermint tea. We did. Surprisingly, the effect of this herb relieved his discomfort and later removed it because of the great properties that my God gave to this herb.

Su forma de preparación es como todo té caliente. Se pone a hervir el agua . Cuando esta este hirviendo se le colocan 2 cogoyos de hierbabuena sarrapia, se deja hervir por un minuto más, se apaga, se reposa tapada por 10 minutos y listo para tomar.
Nota: esta preparacion es para una tasa
Estos pasos son importante para no eliminar las propiedades de la planta.

Its preparation is like any other hot tea. Put the water to boil. When the water is boiling, add 2 spearmint leaves, let it boil for one more minute, turn it off, let it rest covered for 10 minutes and it is ready to drink.
Note: this preparation is for one cup
These steps are important not to eliminate the properties of the plant.
Desde ese momento para acá no me falta en la casa la hierbabuena sarrapia
From that moment on, I have always had peppermint sarrapia in my house.
