Grinding on Sunday (Productivity even on Lord's Day)

What a sunny day it is? It's Sunday a normal day for all of us and a rest day for some. Today I wake up early because for us Sunday is God's day. We go to church at 5:15 in the morning and the mass starts at 5:30. After church, we rush home to prepare for breakfast. When we're done eating our breakfast, I sleep for about an hour together with my cerebral palsy baby, he really loves to sleep in my arm. When I wake up at 9:30, I let him take his maintenance and after that I give him to his mother who is doing some errands that time. I told her it's time to prepare myself for work.    Fast forward, I am ready to go. To those who is not able to read my Introduction Blog, I want to tell the world that I am a food delivery rider. My company's name is GRAB Food Philippines, they hire riders all over the Philippines. They are called freelance riders since they choose their time when to work and it's their free will to work or not since its an online booking. It's a 24/7 work , the availability of the riders and the merchants are highly considered. I choose this kind of work cause for me it has the best set up. When there's emergency at home, I can easily be offline and go home. Anytime they need me I can be with them for it's a choice to do the job or not. But right now, even Sunday I need to work. I have to earn for I have so many obligations to settle.If there's time that blessings pour, I can relax and have more time for my family. While writing this blog, I have so much in mind. I have so many what ifs. Though I can say that I am not fortunate but I feel so lucky because I can still provide not much but at least can satisfy.   Fast forward, Since it is very hot today, I always drink water from time to time to keep me hydrated while driving under the heat of the sun. It is also needed our uniform and helmet for safety. While driving I have in mind my safety for I know that my family is waiting for me at home. Excited to see me tonight going home safe and sound. At 2:00 pm today, I'm still in my 10th booking and still waiting for more to come. Hoping to reach the quota today earlier than 8 in the evening so I can go home. Praying for the safety also as we travel in different locations and hoping to have customers who are understanding and compassionate. I know our job is not easy but hustle harder every day is the only choice I have right now. Salute to those who still work on Sunday to bring something to their table. KUDOS to all RIDERS all over the world. You have my highest respect. Let us keep safe always. Don't forget to pray before driving.
