I've been discovering lately, that sunsets are great times for reflections hunting. The colors and effects that occur at sunset are fantastic. When I am down in Shibuya I'll usually try to catch a sunset at Shibuya Sky. Recently, as I was leaving the rooftop observatory, I caught this picture.
(This is my Entry)
It was actually a really interesting reflection as it was a double reflection. I believe one of the reflections was from the glass behind me and the main reflection was from the window on the other side catching the glass reflection. Pretty cool. I'll have to try it again now that I know the effect.
I've posted about Shibuya Sky many times. It's just such a fun place to visit downtown. And the views make it worthwhile every time.
Looking North towards Shinjuku, this one if from the rooftop.
This one is from 46th floor indoor walkway.
On the 46th floor there are seasonal exhibitions, like this one in winter.
The exhibitions are always cool always different. A year or two ago there was a plant display that was much needed in such a non-organic space.
There's also a small cafe and a souvenir shop. Both are very busy around sunset however so keep that in mind if you visit.
But, the shots of the city and Mt. Fuji are always the main attraction.
