Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. It was overcast and lightly rainy today, but very hot. I went to the doctor this morning and had a blood test, and the results weren't good at all, which was incredibly depressing. I will need to pay more attention to certain things, and in the coming days I will draw up a stricter roadmap for myself.
Today I managed to exceed 7K, but from tomorrow onwards my daily target will be 20K. I need to be much more disciplined and strict, especially when it comes to exercise. I need to lose 10 kilos as soon as possible, let's see how long it will take me to achieve this. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
