Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. My friend had a traffic accident this morning, so I went to visit him at the hospital. Fortunately, his injuries are not very serious, but he has two broken bones, so he will have to stay in the hospital for a few days. I stayed with him until evening, and I will visit him again tomorrow morning.
I couldn't go to the gym today and didn't walk much, but I still managed to exceed 5K. I don't think I'll be doing much exercise tomorrow either, but that's not a problem, I hope my friend gets better soon. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
